Staff was very friendly! At first I was skeptical of things I've heard but TRULY when I met the groomers - any negative thought went out of my head. I was EXTREMELY pleased there were 4 groomers present and professional. Monroeville staff we'll be back soon! ❤️

I work at another PetSmart location, but I use this one for the pet hotel and doggy day camp. They always remember my dog, even when it's been a while, and they take great care of her. She's always worn out and happy when she comes back home.

I used to shop for all my pet products at Petco but lately I've been going to PetSmart the store is a lot cleaner the people are a lot friendlier and the products are a lot cheaper and it better quality never had any problems with PetSmart North Hills or any other other ones definitely do all your pet shopping at PetSmart

Went here with friend to get his dog groomed. They had a large variety of costumes and clothing for all sizes of pets.

As a former employee, I agree that the groomers can do a really great job sometimes if they feel up to it but what goes on behind closed doors might make you not want to take your pup here. They scream at the dogs in the back and new employees. My mental health declined significantly from being emotionally beat on every day at work. The dogs will bite you and hurt you and no one helps you

I took my small dog to get groomed here today. After they looked at her, they said she was matted in a few spots and may have to charge me more. After 30 minutes they called back and said they could not cut her because she was too matted and that they did not want to stress her out. I picked her up and they literally stopped cutting her mid cut, but thank goodness they finished her nails. Now I have a half cut dog... the kicker is, my wife called and they told her they would not cut her because she was aggressive. Not once did they tell me she was aggressive, and she has been here before and there was no issues then. Completely unacceptable communication and liars. I will never use Petsmart again, not will I shop here for any of my other animals.

I don't trust big box animal stores. Long story long... My daughter found a loose geko that someone has just left randomly. So she asked if she could adopt it. The said yes but they had to take it to the vet to get the ok. When we picked it up, the back still looked the way it did when she found it. It was FREE. But we didn't get any vet papers. Just the normal adoption papers. So I wish I would have seen the papers saying it SHOULD live.

The grooming salon here is great! Suzy has been taking the best care of Thor for almost 2 years now. She does absolutely the best job with him and I would highly recommend her! When I pick him up I am always happy with how things turned out.

Abigail was a fantastic groomer. I am super pleased with the work done—especially for shedding and my dog’s nails. I will certainly book with her again!
