Since it has been so hot. I wanted a frozen latte from sheetz. I ordered a “frozen” latte which once I received the drink (number called) the latte was watery — Employee didn’t apparently use enough ICE. So I wasn’t too pleased. Hopefully this will change. Thank you.

I stop there every morning on my way to work and the coffee bar is about the best I've ever seen always clean and organized with fresh coffee and the MTO section is always clean and they work really hard to get the orders out which is a lot of work. Maybe if there was an LED board for ticket numbers so people can see when their order is ready. Great job guys and girls and the register counter is quick and courteous thank you All.

The cashiers were actually yelling across the lobby having a conversation with what appeared to be either a regular or an ex-employee while attempting to wait on other customers. Travel a few more minutes down the road and grab something from one of the many other places available!

Update 3/23/22: Guess I’m a glutton for punishment. Continued to order from this place but no more. I buy the same salad every time. So I have plenty of experience with the dressing. This Sheetz decided to water down their dressing to save more money. It's usually thick dressing, but it was extremely watery. Not seeing those savings passed on to the customers since the price is the same at all Sheetz. Wow. Watering down the dressings. This place needs new management/owners. Update 1/10/22: After two good experiences, I was liking this place because it's on my way home. However, got other salad barely half full, barely any lettuce, croutons, or cheese. Going to have to give up on this location. Not paying almost $9 for a tiny salad with nothing in it but a few pieces of lettuce and chicken. Update: Was in a bind and had to order from here recently even though I’ve been trying to avoid it. My salad this time was much better so I updated to 2 stars. I hope they continue to take customer input. Still, 2 out of 3 salads were sub-par byt I’ll continue to add stars if future orders are good. Oddly, I ordered the salad just hours before Sheetz responded to my original review. Original: I order from Sheetz at a few locations. Got a Spicy chx salad here twice (thought first one was a fluke). The container was barely half full both times and barely any chicken. Price seemed to go up. Quantity went down. Seriously. *First off no ethanol* What a disgusting Sheetz Jesus please have someone clean the front of the store and the gas pump areas weekly this is a high traffic store! Never had a good experience at this store definitely will avoid it and go to the Murrysville store by Spitzer Toyota and or the one by Hoss's on route 22.

Came here recently and my younger cousin had a medical emergency and the manager (i believe his name was Matt) immediately came over to help my cousin sit up and make sure everything was okay. He let us sit down and regroup and the cashier let us take our time checking out too. I could’ve asked for more supportive people in that situation as i was panicking.

That said, the employees have been fantastic to me. Every now and then an order gets mixed up, but they are always polite and helpful about it.
