Bunch of children that work there and they speak to you with absolutely no respect even the ones that are so-called managers, it’s Thursday and Halloween is on Monday which is in like five days and this is the third time I was there today and they still don’t have the Halloween pails for the kids happy meals I asked for the corporate number so that I can make a complaint to the corporate office not to this store directly and I was told that she couldn’t give me that information and when I asked her to ask her manager she proceeded to tell me that I was being unprofessional and kept interrupting me cutting me off wouldn’t let me speak and was just over all rude 100%. I’m going to continue to look for whoever owns that property so that I can make an official complaint about the employees that work there I am absolutely not finished with this. I would’ve gave them zero stars if it was possible to do that and still leave a review. Kid-friendliness: Well my kids were with me in the car when they spoke to me the way they did so it was very unprofessional on their part not mine, it is not my fault that they don’t have the Halloween pails for the children five days before Halloween I mean come on really they need to learn how to speak to people in general.

Just went through drive through 45 min before closing. Ordered a chicken sandwich plain with bbq sauce, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was runny like milk, the fries were so old and cold they were inedible, and no bbq sauce in sight. They also forgot to put a napkin in the bag. The topper was being handed the bag and having the window shut in my face by the manager rather than the polite... "would you like any sauce?" Sub-par all around.

Food and service are generally good. If you are ordering for more than 3 people at the drive thru there will be mistakes. Go by yourself or with one other- you should be fine.

I tried to eat there this morning, but the drive-thru line was all the way around the building, AND the dining room was locked. WHY IS THE DINNING ROOM LOCKED? I waited in line for 10 minutes but had to leave. I won't ever go back to this McDs.

I was disappointed that dining area was closed ( but I understand ) the drive thru line moved faster than I expected , the employees were polite and courteous and the large order was correct first time . don't laugh , I've been in drive thru lines that didn't move ( not here ) only to get the wrong order etc etc . This location runs like a well tuned sports car , apparently they are doing something right . I wish they would teach locations in Lehigh Valley how to do it .
