Excellent service! I was looking for the correct doors for my car for months. Gave these folks a call and they found them. First and last time i will do any type of business with these jokes, starting off WHAT JUNKYARD MAKES YOU BUY PARTS BEFORE YOU SEE THEM. i tried getting a LH door for my 17 wrx and i called to make sure it was in good condition and it was still there, but then i met scott who obviously hates his job. literally got no help from this guy just seems like he’s rather be playing call of duty til 4 am. after i sadly paid for my part i showed up the next day and they were getting it off the car which is no problem but when it came finally it was the wrong color because it was listed wrong

The best salvage yard I have ever dealt with. I drove from Columbus , Ohio to get an engine from Novaks. Spoke with Jim to make my arrangements for pick up, he made it super easy and was very pleasant to deal with. I am 100% satisfied with my parts I got and the service I received. Even though I am in Columbus and they are in Pennsylvania, I would gladly make the trip again to receive quality parts and A1 service like I received from Novaks. They are in a league of their own…

We have purchased two vehicles from Novak’s and couldn’t say enough about our great experience. They treated us like family throughout the entire process! At one point when we had an air conditioning issue, we brought our vehicle to them to be worked on and they worked tirelessly on our behalf and communicated with us clearly. We love Novak’s!!
