Went in for walk in. There was 3 people ahead of me and I was able to get in. They helped with my taxes and got me settled for federal, state and local. I also had crypto and investments to deal with which they were very willing to handle. Took alittle over half an hour to get through. Great experience and I will use them again next year.

Lady at the front desk was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Waited for 10 minutes for the people In front of me to finish up, which is totally fine. But when I asked what I needed to do to get my title transferred to a buyer (a company), she basically laughed in my face and said she won’t do my transfer since I didn’t write down the buyer information. I went to the Notary in Fredericksburg and the lady said all I needed was the name of the company. It could’ve been that easy but instead I was made to feel stupid. Will never come here again.

Really great service! Very patient, helpful, quick, and friendly. We registered our cars here and it was a really good experience. Will definitely be going back for future notary needs and highly recommend.

They are good and quick at what they do. However! Every time me or a member of my family goes in, almost every employee doesn't wear a mask. Only one younger-looking employee wore a mask the last 3 times I've been there in the last 2 months. Frankly, it's unprofessional and shows they don't care about the customer. It's immensely disappointing. If you care about your customers, mask up to prevent the spread of covid! I would rate 5 stars if they masked up consistently.

The very best around. This business has been around longer than I've been alive, and their experience really shows.
