This place has a much better vibe than the lemoyne store! The staff in mechanicsburg actually smile, say hello and try to troubleshoot any issues with their customers. Will definitely be coming here instead, even though it’s 15 mins further from my house!

The lady there who assisted me was the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and patient notary employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If only everyone could do their job as good as her, this world would be a much better place. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

This business is amazing! Great customer service! Super grateful to get my documents notarized for a really reasonable price. Didn't see any good place to lock up my bike outside, but they let me bring it safely inside, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this business! Thank you!

I went to get two card sized documents copied that were dual sided and laminate all copies. They couldn’t figure out how to copy both sides. They told me it was because standard paper isn’t wide enough. So I didn’t get them copied. Then the laminator wasn’t working to laminate my originals at the very least. I was in the store for a total of 24 minutes before they told me the laminator wasn’t working and left without anything.

Carol is a SUPERSTAR!!! So helpful and went above in beyond helping me return my 3 large boxes. The company I had ordered from only sent 3 labels for 3 boxes. Carol immediately had me call them and email the corrected labels directly to her store. She helped me unload the large boxes and did it all past closing as the process on the ordering company placed me on hold past the UPS store hours. All during COVID. Thank you to the staff for staying 10 minutes late to ensure my return was taken care of!

Excellent customer service! All of the staff is polite and friendly. I go here often to ship both UPS and USPS packages - never have had any issues. Not to mention, at this location, there's no charge to tape your packages. Sounds silly to mention, but other UPS locations do charge for tape. Have also had finger printing done here and it was quick and easy.

I have gone into this ups store several times over the past few years and always had awesome service ! They are well stocked and ready to help! I went in once got finger printing and the representative helping me was so patient and really helpful! Thank you UPS!

My mother had her fingerprinting done at the UPS store which she received terrific customer service & was told about the next steps after the completion of the service she paid for. I was with her during her visit & we will return to this location for anything needed.

I use this store quite often for returning my stuff to Amazon. Good customer service except this one time the guy was a little irritated because I had 8 boxes but everybody has bad days so I think 5 stars is fair enough.
