Was told that John would be my point of contact. In two weeks I heard from no one. When I call today I get someone and she tells me that John was not in and hung up on me . Look John said he would be my point of contact, I did not make him say this. I have not heard from him for two weeks so I called to check on this situation. The girl who answered the phone at 4:50 got angry and hung up me. There was no reason for that. It was not unreasonable to call and check after two weeks. I will not use them again!

Absolutely a wonderful experience, dropped my car off for repair, everyone was wonderful especially Laureen. Laureen did our estimate projected a finish date and everything went according to plan. Laureen gave me an update every week, the car was in the shop for a little less than 2 weeks . We picked the car up today, beautiful work, my BMW looks new again.
