I usually go to this place with no complaints/worries, well this morning what a total different experience which has made me never want to return. I brought a medium sized hot coffee and a Gatorade, my total was $6 rounded up.Now usually I use my EBT card for cold items and my debit card for warm as I proceeded to do that he took my EBT payment 1st and then yelled $2.15 left I said “my debit card is in the machine” he just stared at me yelling again “$2.15” and then canceled my EBT payment and charged my debit card the full $6(No big deal) but he should’ve asked if that was okay before he decided to make his own decision after being rude. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Been a regular for about 3 weeks staff Not coming back anytime soon staff and manager was rude mostly gave me a fake name but he said he's name was Steve. Reason this got 2 stars cause out off all 7 eleven you can't grab any cups???? Makes no sense I even had other things for purchase. Worst experience at a 7-eleven lost a customer

This place is not open 24 hours. Late flight into town and my hotel didn't have a convenience shop. I walked to this 7/11 in the ice cold rain to grab a snack and a bottle of water. Lights were on but the door was locked and the clerk saw me waving but would not let me in.

If I could give 0, I would. I went to this 24 hour location in an emergency at midnight to get pain medication for a family member and the employee inside REFUSED to open the door. He was on his phone just standing behind the counter without a care and said he was reopening at 5 am. I was a female alone in Philly at night and he didn't even budge. He then proceeded to start preparing food for the location with gloves on but without a mask. I see that this location already has a 2 rating and I can see why, they should be reported to health and human services.

I went in today to grab a bag of chips, a couple of drinks an something to eat. The lady at the counter was interrupting every time I tried to keep my items on the counter. The male at the register said the pizza was 2 for 2 dollars or one piece is $1.69. 2 for 2 is better. I didn't like that. I can decide it. And they charged me more than the price of the juice that was on sale. Before I could ask questions or even ask for a receipt, he invited the next guy who was not in line. He charged me $2.64 more. The juice was on sale. Very poor service and the cashiers or salesperson does not have any manners. They are very rude and not focused. I wouldn't go there again. And when I tried to calk back to ask, nobody picks up the phone. That's not Fair trade at all.

This place says its 24 hours but it's not. I work over night at Hahnemann University Hospital, and every time I go on break to get a snack or an energy drink, the workers are sitting inside the store with the store locked until the next morning shift. I asked them on several occasions to open the doors but they wont. This has been going on for a month and a half. Before they started doing this the food on the rollers, I was told by the cashier they was never prepared. So I would always have to rethink my options in buying things. This is honestly a load of bs that I cant walk in this store but things that I want/need when I want/need during the hours. there has to be something done about this.

One of the male employees is extremely rude. I thought that I just caught him on a bad day one morning when making a purchase, and he made a rude comment. It wasn't until my almost purchase this morning that he stated something rude this morning. After he made the rude comment I asked him to repeat it to make sure that I heard what he said. the worker didn't, he just kept pointing at the machine for me to slide my card. I put my purchase back and left the store. I can spend my money else where.
