10 stars. Best pharmacy ever! I should have ditched Rite Aid/CVS ages ago. Everything is put together quickly and accurately and they even have free delivery(but definitely tip the super friendly delivery drivers...). I couldn't dream of a better pharmacy experience.

We had such a great experience getting my 8 year old’s COVID vaccine here! They have cool bandaids and candy for bravery! And everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

My husband and I received the COVID vaccine through hilltop pharmacy and were amazed at how well it was organized. Everyone working at the peters township rec center, where the clinic was held, were kind, friendly and efficient. It was a wonderful experience!!

The family owned Hilltop Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA has organized a Covid 19 vaccination program that runs like clockwork. The efficiency shown by this dedicated family run business should be a model for local governmental agencies to study. Their appointment generating software made the pre-registration process a straightforward, streamlined task. Their point person, Nicole, was available by phone or email to answer registration questions in an unhurried, congenial manner. The procedures at the community center insured that there were no long lines to stand in, as one sees at governmental run vaccine facilities on television. We simply arrived 10 minutes before our vaccine time, went right into the five check-in desks, headed to our vaccine administration station where a vaccine was given exactly at our appointment time. Then everyone sat on appropriately spaced chairs for 15 minutes to ensure there were no immediate reactions and we left via a side door. A thousand vaccinations were given in a short day. PA Department of Health, please provide Hilltop Pharmacy with more Moderna vaccines so they can continue this admirable public service. My observation is that the organization and efficiency on display by this family run pharmacy once again demonstrates that when you need to get a difficult logistical task accomplished, don't automatically look to government. Let enterprising American small businesses lead the way.

I'm new in the area and I was pleased to find a pharmacy within walking distance. On my visit to pick up a 2nd prescription the staff recognized me and got my prescription from the rack by the time I reached the counter. Everyone said hello and have been very nice. It is so much better than the Giant Eagle pharmacy I went to pharmacy I went to before I moved. I felt like a number not a person at Giant Eagle. I think is so wonderful to be treated like a person and a valued customer. Hilltop gets the highest recommendation I can give because they treat you as not just another customer but as a friend who they would have a conversation with even if it's not about your prescription.

Hilltop is hands-down the best pharmacy in Pittsburgh. Not only do they have some of the lowest prices, but they go out of their way to help their patients. Every team member is caring and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to ensure that when you get a prescription or OTC item; 1. There are no interactions; 2. You are getting the best price from both them and your insurance company, if any; and 3. You will leave the pharmacy a healthier person. If you choose Hilltop to be your pharmacy, they will become your new favorite member of your medical team. They are definitely one of mine.

Me and my Husband both use the hill top they are by far the best place 😁. The pharmacist is very friendly and took the time to learn are names and to talk with us each time we go in most places don't do that as well as the staff all the girls and new workers are very friendly as well I won't go anywhere else. As for bad reviews they have to have this place mistaken with somewhere else, just stop in and see for yourself you'll give em 100%.......

This pharmacy has unbeatable prices. I get my script filled at Amsler’s for $18 and the same exact one use to cost me $80 at Rite-Aid. I appreciate that the owner makes the prescriptions affordable, so kudos to him! However, I do agree with the previous review in that the staff is terribly rude. I’ve had a guy hang up on me when inquiring about the status of my prescription. I explained to him that my doctor’s office had called in a script the previous day and he replied (angrily) “well they didn’t call here” and hung up on me. I’ve also had them ask me personal confidential information while I am at work and when I explained (politely) that I was at work and didn’t feel comfortable discloses that information for others to hear, she huffed and puffed like I was being ridiculous. It would be nice if they treated their customers like they were valued.
