Would give 0 stars if possible. Pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to give Covid Booster despite having a scheduled appointment. ~Aaron

I had my daughter go pick up my medicine today, and she was given a hard time because the pharmacy didn’t have a prescription there for me. They also told her that I didn’t have any prescriptions to be filled. My prescription was there and filled on Thursday, November 4th. I called in to have them delivered Friday but no one could be home to receive them. I said ok, I’ll pick them up this weekend. When my daughter arrived, they treated her rudely telling her they weren’t there. I called in, they told me I did have prescriptions there but they put them back. He said we can’t hold prescriptions for more than 14 days. Although I just called on Thursday. My prescriptions were not there for 14 days. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked about how to move my medication to Giant Eagle. He said just have them call me. He did not care. I have moved my prescription to Giant Eagle. They are very kind and they have mail order service for delivery. ~Michelle

This dollar general has gone down hill horribly. They close ALLLL the time leave no note on door.. they just close and leave us alll stuck.. and the store is a mess they never stock.. and everything is everywhere. They SUCKKKKK im tired having go up the road to other side penn hills when i live right here. They need get it together or just close period. I give 0 stars ~Tiffany

Very polite and helpful cashiers. Store is a little crowded but I imagine that comes down from corporate ,saying get all merchandise out on floor...don't care for that practice. But store employees are very kind . ~Sherri

This Dollar General sold a wide variety of foods and household products. The brands of products were both generic and name-brand. The aisles could have been a bit tidier, but I easily found what I was looking for. Prices were low. My cashier was very prompt and courteous in his service. ~Tiffany

10 stars. Best pharmacy ever! I should have ditched Rite Aid/CVS ages ago. Everything is put together quickly and accurately and they even have free delivery(but definitely tip the super friendly delivery drivers...). I couldn't dream of a better pharmacy experience. ~Steve

Every time when I make western union payment I have to deal with their stupid representative. They asking pin while I have ho explain I’m sender and all they need is my phone number. Then manager comes and explain those stupid cashiers that instead of pin they need my number. And they pretend that they call manager. I have to call them, reminding them my right to talk to manager, I’m wasting time with these scumbags and only after this torture they accept my money. Haven’t seen a normal person on cash register. I think they hire most trashy people from all around Pittsburgh. I wish they all get exactly the same quality of service but as a customer. ~Javidan

This RA is seriously my fav of all time. The pharmacy staff are all so kind and efficient. The staff up front are all pleasant and really nice to talk to. Place is always in good shape and the vibes are on point. ~Elaina

Always been a good spot to get some basic essentials locally, and were really key during the pandemic if you wanted to avoid the bigger stores. My only critique is they can have one cashier with long lines and not always have the stock out yet. Still shop there. ~Ground

I would give them ZERO Stars if I could. They filed my prescription wrong and did nothing to resolve the issue. They told me it was my problem. YES, I did contact customer service and "customer service" NEVER contacted me, despite being promised a 24, then 48 hour response. Trust them with your health needs??? GO ELSEWHERE. They don't care about the health of their customers, despite them being a pharmacy. But I'm certain if I had a broken summer toy, they'd be right on it to return the price. But your medicine...can't trust them. ~Chris
