If you are truly shopping for a new mattress this is a good place to get knowledgeable customer service. We had some idea of what we wanted going in. Even though the bed we wanted was in the higher price range the salesman took the time to explain other options.

Outstanding service by Ray. We went into the store planning on looking at the Purple mattress to "test them out" and then buy online. Ray was very knowledgeable and personable. He directed us to something that more suited our needs and offered us products that we didn't know where available. We left purchasing a mattress with adjustable base. They have free delivery and financing if needed. We are super happy and will definitely go back. Cant wait to get our mattress.

I bought a Purple Hybrid 2 mattress, Purple mattress protector, box foundation, and frame in a full size. As soon as the delivery team left, I discovered a mismatch in the dimensions of these items. The industry standard for full size mattresses, foundations, and accessories is 54x75. The Purple Hybrid mattress is 54x76 (1 inch longer than standard, confirmed by Purple). The Amish box foundation from Levin is 54x74 (1 inch shorter than standard, confirmed by Levin). Thus, I have a mattress that is 2 inches longer than the foundation, which creates all sorts of problems. In addition, all accessories (mattress protectors, fitted sheets) for a full size mattress are 75 inches in length, and thus, 1 inch too short for the mattress. This mattress is the firmest one from Purple, which I learned after my purchase from my own research (and was too firm for me as a lightweight side sleeper). UPDATE: I am pleased that Levin provided a full refund for the set. Everyone from Levin was pleasant to work with during this unfortunate experience, except for the Store Manager, who was very unprofessional and the reason I would recommend not doing business with them.

If you need a new mattress, please save yourself the time and go see Jennifer at Levin Mattress Robinson! I walked in dreading the experience I’ve had in other furniture stores in the past (I.e., being followed and hassled). Jennifer was so very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what we wanted in a new mattress (not just what she wanted to sell us)! She worked with us to find the best mattress option in our price range and matched whatever brand incentives were offered at the time! We left with a mattress we absolutely love, a mattress protector, sheets, and a base for less than I imagined was possible! We are two very happy customers and will surely be back when it’s time for our next mattress purchase!

I shopped for a mattress and box spring in Robinson. Stan, the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the various mattresses which ones were good and the special event/ sale that was going on. I bought a. Mattress with box spring and two pillows for $687 plus tax and delivery. It's very comfortable and comes with 10 year warranty. I would highly recommend.
