My friends and i came to this subway and the employee under “Loud Mouth” was amazing to us and very hospitable. He worked very fast and efficient as there were many people waiting in line. Even had a rude customer because it was taking longer since he was the only one working at the moment and he handled it very well. Proud to say this was the best subway experience i’ve had.

The people is nice but the past few times I've been there they haven't made my order right when I do the online order. Kinda disappointed by it. Oh well.

Online order never happened. Placed order went down at time was said. Order never even started. Waiting on customers in the store. Had to wait 10 to 15 min for my order. Stopped in today and one person working making 4 subs, was told it will be a while. Two people ahead of me. Was told 25 min or more. Totally ridiculous. They need better management and more people working especially around 5 to 6 o'clock

Terrible management. Staff is not trained well. General manager is rude and very unprofessional. It was alot better a few years back when it was under another manager. I highly recommend to stay away.

I got a meatball sub with very old crusty sauce and no meatballs. They were all smashed little pieces of burger. I tried to call 4 times but no answer. It was disgusting.

Server was apologetic as most of their supplies were depleted. The new sesame ginger chicken was pretty good. Nice atmosphere and a good bargain. Try the new cookies- they are awesome!

Poor customer service from both management this is the second time I’ve been there and been treated like garbage. Hardly know how to stock items roll there eyes at you and expect you to grab your stuff and leave. They under make your subs I know the formula where your supposed to get 6 pickles for a foot long but only get 3. Will not be going back much rather spend my money at sheetz or McDonald’s next door get 10 times better service and they actually have what you want.
