This is a very busy Pharmacy and I have never encountered anyone rude no matter how stressed they may have been working with limited staff. I just don’t understand why they won’t hire more people to handle the volume especially with cutting the hours of operation. Bad business CVS!

Nine times out of ten, this pharmacy tells me they didn't receive the e-prescription from my doctor's office. As a diabetic with hypertension, I find this totally unacceptable. I have texts from my doctor's office telling me the prescription, the latest being on the 7th of September.

This pharmacy is the capstone and conclusion of my business with CVS. Absolutely done. Called in a order and it was supposed to be done well before arrival. It wasn't. It's just screw up after screw up. Location after location. And I'm done.

This is a great CVS ! I love the manager on first shift, he knows I coupon and always rings me out instead of the self check out. Bc some coupons don’t work on the self checkout machine. He is an asset to this company! He definitely needs a raise! He is very kind, helpful, and genuine.

This store is truly HORRIBLE!! I had transferred my prescriptions in from another CVS store because I moved and this location was closer. BIG mistake! These people are rude, and I mean ALL of them.. They act like you're bothering them when you call the pharmacy, they NEVER have any of the medications in stock and never seem to have any clear idea has to when they'll get them in. They're so incompetent and lack any professiolism, what so ever! AND AS SOON as I have transportation again, I will be more than happy to drive across town to my favorite CVS!

Terrible pharmacy closed at 1:30 everyone takes they break at the same time and it’s no way to get your prescription even if you have a doctors appointment I came in at 1:28 and I couldn’t find anyone to help me gates were down and nurses were walking out 5 mins later saying I had to wait. I had to reschedule my doctors appointment twice because of this pharmacy

Pharmacy allows workers to call consumers out of their name and allows them to keep working. I do not recommend anyone fill their prescriptions at this pharmacy.

Stopped going a couple of years back due to very rude drive-thru attendee while I was standing out in the cold weather trying to get a prescription. Recently I started going back to the drive-thru. I used it to due to handicap which makes it easier for me. They did not have my prescription twice and started telling me I needed to call ahead of time to let them know I was going to come get it. I am moving my stuff back to Publix which always has the prescription, does not treat you rudely and it is much easier to deal with. PS, the attendees were pleasant and nice at CVS now but you have to deal with a professional place. Amateur management causes grieve for the customer.

Husband went to the minute clinic at 3:40 for a severe cold and a needed a prescription so the NP Sherri Reid said she called it over. I went up there to pick it up and the Pharmacy tech said there was no prescription available, so I moved to the drop-off counter and talked to the lady there and she said the same thing. It would be about 20-30 mins and the pharmacist has to listen to the voice-mail, so I informed her that I will be back later. So now my husband is up there and they told him that it's gonna be another 20mins so in another words they never filled it out. Only two people up there with no customers at 7:30pm. This is the worst Pharmacy EVER!!!. People just have your prescriptions sent to Kroger. And don't even try to call CVS Pharmacy you will never get ahold of anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. Went to the minute clinic and was told a prescription would be called in by the Nurse practitioner Sherri Reid. I waited an hour then went over to Walmart where they notified me that there was no prescription called in. I attempted to contact the provider at the clinic to verify that a prescription had been sent over. The pharmacy was no help and rude then they have me a minute clinic call center number. At this point I was elated thinking I would get help, the call center informs me that I need to get in contact with my provider and there is nothing they can do. After calling CVS and explaining this to 3 different people I drove back over. The cara concierge was not at her desk and they had to look for her. When she came out with nonchalance she told me to wait. When the NP came out she informed me she left it on the Walmart pharmacy voicemail she had the same nonchalant attitude, walked off, and said she could give them another call. This was by far the WORST experience I have had, I am in excruciating pain and no one seemed to give a damn. I would not recommend coming here if you want to be treated with care and importance. As a patient I did not feel valued or cared for. Simply a payment… Update, I had to come back to CVS and Angie very helpful. She tried her best to do everything in her power to make sure the prescription was sent NP Sherri Reid continued to show her lack of concern. When Angie called Walmart’s pharmacy she knocked on the NP’s door to see if she could get her to restate the prescription for the Walmart pharmacy she ignored her. Another NP appeared to arrive and she knocked on the door and Sherri Reid answered the door for her colleague to let her know she was here. Please do not come to this location.
