This is definitely the best Hot Topic in the greater Philadelphia area! It is so well stocked, has great deals, the workers are super kind and helpful, and it is pretty big. Definitely the biggest tshirt selection I've seen at a Hot Topic in this area and they also have a good size range!

I caught one of the employees playing with a piece of of merchandise as I walked in to pick up an order, for which I was not notified that it was in the store. The employees then took their time processing the pickup and were just really unprofessional.

Prices were great but some stores as soon as we entered we were followed and it was so uncomfortable will not visit those stores.

I wanted to take a moment to take the lovely associate that helped my daughter find a frog bucket hat today. She was so observant. My daughter walked in holding a green frog and wearing a bucket hat, and the young lady handed my daughter the most adorable frog bucket hat! My daughter has been saying all day “how did she know I would love this hat? It’s amazing!” I appreciate the kindness that she showed to my daughter, I wish I got her name. If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your kindness. It truly made her day! 😊 Hot Topic is my daughters favorite store, and I know it’s because the associates working there are so kind and helpful. Thank you!

The store associates were so friendly. They went above and beyond to order clothing for me online when they didnt have it in the store. How awesome is that?
