Very honest. I have had a great experience here. They were incredibly nice when speaking on the phone. Had a knocking noise that I thought was going to be something major and decided to try a different mechanic then my usual, and so glad I did. Turns out my other mechanic didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way and my tire was about to fall off. And when I had muffler work at said other mechanic they never put the heat shield back into place. I have had work done since then and no one ever mentioned any of these problems, but Essigs did and fixed all of these problems quickly. So if u are looking for a place of good value and honesty this is the place for you. I will no longer have to worry if I'm getting good work done. Thank you so much Essigs. Services: Tires, Exhaust

This is the best service station in Berks County period. They fixed our Jeep for lass than half of what the dealer wanted to charge. They keep our 20 year old Toyota and 18 year old Mercedes in like new working condition. Simply THE BEST! I called to get an estimate on my ford focus,it needed a new cam sensor and they said they would call me back with the estimate. NEVER got a call back & when I called back a different young man told me to wait a day so he can ask his boss how to use the computer very cat and mouse not professional.

This place provides some of the best service for any garage I've been to. They are clear and understand what is wrong with your car and how to fix it. I would definitely check this place out if you have any problems for at least a quote!

Great service. They are always upfront and very honest, will let you know what you need and won't nickel and dime you. I got my oil changed at jiffy lube, they said I needed some belts changed. The guys at Essig's said they didn't need to be changed for a year or so. They always seem to go above and beyond. I've been taking my cars here for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend their services.

This is the best repair shop I've ever dealt with! When I moved to the area it was very important for me to have a mechanic I could trust. There are 6 cars in my families 'fleet' and I needed peace of mind knowing that our mechanic was taking care of my wife's and childrens' cars. I have been with these guys for 15 years or so and have never had any issues.
