Very honest. I have had a great experience here. They were incredibly nice when speaking on the phone. Had a knocking noise that I thought was going to be something major and decided to try a different mechanic then my usual, and so glad I did. Turns out my other mechanic didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way and my tire was about to fall off. And when I had muffler work at said other mechanic they never put the heat shield back into place. I have had work done since then and no one ever mentioned any of these problems, but Essigs did and fixed all of these problems quickly. So if u are looking for a place of good value and honesty this is the place for you. I will no longer have to worry if I'm getting good work done. Thank you so much Essigs. My girlfriend and I had a flat tire out of the blue, I tried to patch it but it was still leaking. I called Mr Tire, spoke with Jerry, he was extremely professional and nice and said he would try to fit us in, even though they were very busy. We dropped the car off and in less than an hour and 10 minutes we heard from them the tire was fixed. Kevin and Jerry did an amazing job, they were very pleasant very kind and did not charge us to plug the tire.
