This Salon is the best of the best. Great atmosphere and unique interior, friendly staff, and the best stylists our family has been to. Great with kids and adults alike. Could not recommend them more if you are looking for a change or for a high end, high quality experience.

I have been to many salons trying to achieve this balayage look and could not get what I wanted until I met Allison at MJM! I have a lot of long hair, and Allison was so careful to ensure that every piece blended together beautifully! I cannot recommend her enough for a balayage!!! She is stellar!!!

I have been a client at Salon MJM for over 15 years. Marlene is my stylist and is superb. There is no wasted time - I'm in, taken care of and done with my hair color and cut as quick as can be. Her attention to detail is incredible and she always cares about my opinions. Marlene goes above and beyond to care of my needs and makes sure I am scheduled in "my slot" every six weeks. All of the stylists take time to say hello and make you feel like you are "part of the family" too. Reamstown is lucky to have such a well-run and high-quality hair salon in its community. I went to Salon MJM for the first time last week. My first impression started when I called to make my appointment, the receptionist answered the phone with such a smile (it's true when they say you can hear a smile through the phone 😃) & professional attitude. When I got there for my appointment my stylist (Kiersten) was running a tad behind and they let me know right away. I gladly said I'd sit and wait. About 5 minutes into waiting (Michelle I believe was her name) offered me a free hand treatment while I waited , which was so relaxing by the way. When Kiersten was ready for me she apologized immensely for the wait & got right to work. She was incredibly friendly , knowledgeable & talented. Since we started my appointment later then expected we ran past close , and you would think ... it's a holiday weekend , it's almost an hour past close she would be rushing to get out , right? Wrong! I never once felt like she was rushing through my time. Needless to say I booked an appointment with her again for September ☺️ 10/10 recommend!

I went for a haircut. It seems the clientele is mostly women. But guys, the detail to service no matter what gender is amazing. I didn't want my hair washing to end. It was so relaxing. Christina was my stylist and she gave me a terrific shampoo and cut. I definitely will go back there. The cost was a tad more than chain haircutters.

I was extremely satisfied with Christina and the cut and style she gave me. I showed her a picture of where I was trying to get to with my balayage and she pretty nailed it. Have been going to compensate else for a few years now and haven’t been too thoroughly ecstatic by my end result but glad I decided to come here and try it out. First time here abs everyone was kind, and explained good ways to treat my hair and maintain it. I was also late for my appointment after getting stuck in traffic and they were very accommodating and waiters for me (which I felt bad about!). They also took half the time to get my hair to where I wanted it to be compared to my last stylist who would take 6-8 hours to get a balayage on my hair. Glad I tried here!

Katlin always goes above and beyond! Let me tell you about how she is always professional and honest with the limits your hair has so she does it the correct and healthy way. Today I left feeling like a whole new human! Katlin is through and sweet. It was an all around great experience to have her as a hair dresser today. & always is!
