Went through the touchless car wash. My car still showed crime on the outside of the entire body. I ended hopefully washing it by hand. Definitely better off washing it by hand.

This is the second time that I pay for the touch free wash but it doesn’t use soap. Apparently, the machine didn’t work well. When I contacted them they answered at the beginning but they ignored me after. It’s just like stealing. I paid for the wash but no wash at all. This is very unethical. I’m very frustrated.

All I can tell you is don’t go through the touchless car wash because when I did my car came out as dirty as it went in but I have to give credit to the gentleman working there gave me a free car wash in the other bay which did come out a lot bit better but it does put a lot of pressure on your car from the brushes

I went for the ultimate experience and my car is nice and shiny! I gave it four stars because some of their light bulbs were out and couldn't tell what I was to do when it was time to do it. Still, the machines did a good job.

The fact that he said his brushes dont have the capability to scrath cars nor has it happened not once in 15 years is definitely a lie and we all know that. I was brushed off and was offered 3 free car washes for this matter. That doesnt even add up to nearly the cost of scratch removal and re ceramic coating. I used the car wash with the brushes. The employee there said the he wanted to shut down the bay to wash the brushes but it was busy and the last time he did the owner yelled at him cause he felt they lost money. Customers would appreciate a bay shut down to be washed to prevent scratches on cars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY LOVE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
