Today I met with Nick at this Verizon store in the midway shopping center. He did an outstanding job of getting me into a new phone and explaining it to me since it was my first smart phone. Verizon has a very valuable employee in Nick. He is so patient and helpful. I would recommend anyone to work with him.

Let's just say that in the past, I looked forward to getting a new phone about as much getting a root canal. A while ago I decided to go to the store in Wyoming . Best thing I ever did. I was taken care of by Michael, who happened to be the manager. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. He truly tries to help you get the best phone and best deal,to meet your needs. I have 5 phones on my account ,so when a new one is needed we just go and see Michael. Always great service

My daughter and I have been using this Verizon location ever since we got cell phones! Everybody there is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about Michael! Everything was great from start to finish. Awesome customer service, They took the time to explain the details of what would work & not work for us! Got every member of the family the phone they wanted along with accessories!! Michael having to deal with my non technology savy mother.... he was a saint!

I am currently typing this review on my brand new iPhone 13 after having a smashed and unusable 10xr for years. I went to the store last night (unknowing that they are only appointments based) and although Mike had other customers, he still took the time to address my concerns and asked me to come back in this morning. We spoke on the phone last night to make sure everything was set up on my old phone to ensure an easy turn over of phones today. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable in my decision and purchase of my new device. He also helped me pick out a new phone case and screen protector to ensure no more accidents. Having his professional yet friendly demeanor made me feel very confident and I am so thankful! Thank you for your time, Mike! I will be back to this store for my next purchase!
