11-10-22. Made 3 passes with the hand-wand spending less than 6 minutes then hit the red button and the display showed $8. Checked my credit card statement and it shows a $15 charge! From the reviews this seems like a standard procedure by Anderson!!! My previous experience with their auto-wash, which uses very heavy hard hitting rollers,tore up my hood and sun roof visors! Anderson, if you must survive by ripping off customers by setting your default charge to MAXIMUM then you can hopefully go out of business and allow a fair and decent car wash to occupy your location. IMHO a Scumbag company! GO ELSEWHERE

Had my hood chalkboard painted n was prepping the finish but I was an idiot n pressed the flashy red button. Called and got help right away on a late Saturday night. Lady was very helpful n tried to help Me. My cars was bring stupid(swiped too many times) n no cash with me. She helped me and refunded me. Best DIY car wash ever. =) came back later to give a solid wash with cash this time

Went to Anderson’s 6/18/22 late in the evening. I went because it was late at night, it was lit up, I felt comfortable being a woman there by myself. Unfortunately that was the only positive to this place. I moved my car twice to vacuum my car. First time because a coin was stuck in the slot. Okay no biggie. Second time because I already but the money in and the hose was broken. I had to manually put the hose and end piece of the hose on the entire time. Not sure if this place gets maintained. I will not be returning. Service: Vacuuming

Vacuums work well. Self car wash works great. Automatic car wash is ok, I think there are better ones in the area.

Stopped by today for a quick wash. Not impressed. 1. My wash included tires. Not sure how that worked as there was no brushes for my tires. 2. Came out the other side still dirty. You can see where the rubber “brushes” hit and where they didn’t do anything. See pictures. There is a clear line of dirt to washed. Will not be going back.

Worst automatic car wash I have ever been to. Took my truck threw Amd it didn’t even touch the front of my truck, there is still dirt (not mud) on my bed, my rockers are still filthy. And the brushes are rubber! The worst material you can rub all over your paint. Never again will I spend money on the automatic car wash. The self serve is great. I have used that many many times.

I've been to 4 different Anderson locations. At all 4 I've gotten the most expensive wash they offer and still leave with dirt left on my vehicle. I go to other (non Anderson) car washes and pay less, my car is spotless.

Never had an issue with Anderson. I usually spend between $10-$15 to wash my car, which is about a 15 minute car wash. This is everything from pre-soak, to high pressure soap, to wash. I highly recommend going to Anderson for DIY service. The results are worth the effort.
