We are expecting packages from this location which I know will never be delivered because even though UPS, USPS, Amazon and DHL all seem to be able to make it to our home in spite of some road work (and a very clearly marked detour), FedEx cannot. It's really odd. We can get to our home in spite of the road work because we don't own a helicopter. We just follow the detour. The other above mentioned delivery services have figured it out as well. I finally just asked them to leave my packages at the local Walgreens because otherwise we will have to go in to Zelienople as we did last time to pick it up. By the way, the last time my husband went to pick our FedEx packages up after they had lied and said they could not deliver to our house (they could if they tried), no one was home to sign (we WERE home, but the package didn't require a signature anyway) or the business was closed (we are not a business, we are a home), when he got home... there was a FedEx truck right across the freaking street from us, delivering to our neighbors. They are an embarrassing joke. When you call customer service for help, you are connected to a hut in Bangladesh or somewhere to a person who is... while sickly sweet... can barely be understood and is of zero help.

Driver apparently refused to even attempt to leave his vehicle outside my home. Marked my package as "attempted delivery". I watched the update on the tracker. And they left. I'm still waiting for my package.

The LAZY fedex drivers keep leaving my packages on the street! I filed a previous complaint and they said they would take care of it and it would be in the computer to carry my packages up my steps and put it on my porch. Today another delivery was left in front of my house by the street. I'm 60 years old and I've had open heart surgery and can carry the packages up. They aren't that heavy. A package is going to get stolen and fedex simply doesn't care. If you are too LAZY to walk up steps, please find another job! Eventually a package is going to get stolen because they leave it next to the curb and then it's going to be a hassle!

0 stars if I could pick that! Any particular reason this fedex facility can’t do anything right. Why the heck would they drop a package at the end of a driveway, by the road! So they can be run over, stolen, or destroyed before I can even use.

The reviews I was reading for this location dang near gave me a panic attack because I’d ordered a $1500 computer from Best Buy. However, my package actually arrived a day earlier than expected and the driver was a nice guy, PLUS he actually came to the side door where our apartment is and rang the buzzer which not even Amazon or GrubHub ever do. Not intended to discount or invalidate the people who’ve had negative experiences from this location but just in case there’s someone else like me waiting on an expensive package from here: give it at least a day before you go into panic mode.

Package required signature so I had someone there to sign for me. They watched the driver pull up, dig around in his truck, then drive away without delivering. Was sent a notification that delivery was attempted, which it was not. Package has already been delayed twice, and now someone wasted their whole day waiting for delivery when the driver was too lazy to get out of the truck. Tried calling customer service, got a terrible connection to a foreign country in which the service rep did nothing to help me except say it would be delivered same time tomorrow, which I don't have someone to sign for it. Terrible terrible service.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Every day for 2 weeks now, FedEx has driven by my building, not delivering the packages that are supposed to here already, and then every single day, they say the package can't be delivered. When I called this store to figure out the problem, they instructed me to call the person I ordered from and scam them into sending a new package. A small business is supposed to waste their money because FedEx hires people too incompetent to actually make deliveries? THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Fire everyone who works here.

If you are getting a package from FedEx in Zelienople expect it to be lost, delayed or broken upon arrival. I paid extra for next day delivery by 8. Nothing. I stayed home all day because I didn't want it sitting out all night. My package has been on the delivery vehicle since yesterday am. This is 2021. I should be able to see exactly where my package is. No one can tell me. They said if not today Monday. Seriously?

Just like others are experiencing, This branch of FedEx is awful. We're taking days and days of hold time "on the truck". I've reached out to businesses I purchase from to specifically request UPS, USPS, carrier pigeon, anything that works get here faster. I expect it to be blamed on the holidays but it's simply not true since it's been this way for well over a year. On top of this I've watched one of their drivers drop my brand new phone order from shoulder height onto my steps and walk away as it bounced around. I've never had an issue with FedEx but there is something fishy with this branch. Be warned it's just how it's operated, nothing to do with the holidays, potentially staffing? Whatever it is don't expect it to be on time of it ends up routed through Zelienople, PA.

I tried to call customer service and it is impossible to get a human being, everything is automated. I left my information and finally someone called me back. I asked them to verify what address it was delivered to and they refused. Very upsetting.
