People thinks it’s weird to brag about a local ups store but they seriously are the best. The employees are the nicest most helpful people I’ve ever met. They know everything and the best options. I’m never going to the post office ever again because this place is so amazing and the employees make it that way

I visited this UPS store on Atwood Ave Cranston, RI. This was my second visit and wanted to share my experience. Both times in this store were staff was wonderful, friendly, knowledge and professional. The staff was friendly and I only had a prepaid package, they could not have been more happy to assist. When I visited in Mid December same pleasant and helpful group. Thank you to all of them. My visit was on March 3 around 12:30pm. June Champagne

Excellent store with above & beyond customer service!! I was happy to discover this new UPS store in my neighborhood, as I often drive out of my way use their services. The store is spacious and neat, they have a lot of services available, and the customer service I received was beyond outstanding. The store owner went WELL above and beyond to help me with a solution to my shipping needs. I can't say enough about it. Great place! Thanks a million!!

We had a mailbox here for 3 months while on a long-term visit. Came here on a whim as they were new and honestly one of the best choices we made. The staff are so cheery and helpful; once we were awaiting an important letter and not only did they call to let us know what was in the mailbox, the staff the next day (different people) even took note and called us as soon as it arrived. Went in for the last time recently and they were sweet as always. Going to miss our Cranston UPS

I went to this UPS location (Atwood Avenue) on June 3,rd to have sign made for our church (HOLY CROSS ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH building) located at 645 Hartford Avenue Providence, RI that is being re-opened on JUNE 20th, 2021 (FATHER'S DAY) after being closed since the start of the Pandemic. I met a representative of your store who was extremely helpful. KATIE was so friendly, energetic, and professional. She ensured the sign was made to my specifications and had it available within a short period of time. UPS should "CLONE" her and make her available at all your stores. She is a true professional!

I had a document notarized today and I just wanted to leave a review regarding the customer service. It was hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced in RI.
