The staff here are outstanding, and it makes it a pleasure to shop here. Honestly, I’ve been going here for over two years, and I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review. The assnt manager knows my name and says hi when I come in.

Rude staff. I was anxious because my doctor couldn’t e scribe my script and Elena was combative right away and walked away from me. Asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and she was also combative. Elena lied and made me a new profile even tho I’ve been to this specific store before. Elena tried to be sneaky and not put in my insurance. I apologize if I came off rude due to me being anxious and she laughed. I would definitely recommend going to the 24 hour store in Cranston instead. I worked as a pharmacy technician for years and understand it’s a tough job but this store had more staff than the pharmacy I worked in and also didn’t have a drive thru. As I was checking out I over heard a front store employee venting about how the pharmacy manager is rude to the front store employee. I really hope this is addressed soon so other patients do not have to be treated like this in the future.

Very rude and LAZY PHARMACY STAFF — nobody seems to know anything! Walking in nobody greets you very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Always a battle with these people !!!

CVS has customer/consumer most valuable and sensitive data and transactions who is the rightful owner and it should enable me both harvest and value. Data has become a major priority for CVS and customer/consumer data is focus on behavior to predictive analytics , store and analyze large amounts of customer/consumer data. Customer data is collected in three ways by directly asking customer , by indirectly tracking customer, and or by appending other sources of customer/consumer data. I interact and engage with CVS on a daily basis who interacts with sales and support departments. The most important to the consumer is if CVS has captured customer/consumer data and have profit, I say, if CVS values customer/consumer privacy transparency and trust consumer engagement time and data. Consumer is empowered and this feedback is to tell CVS consumer has all the exclusive rights to profit from value time and data. Young guy that works there needs to mind his businesses Just saying He just speak his mind and is annoying Employees there need to remember that they dealing with customers I just had to say it Just asking for respect!! Majority of the CVS employees that work in this location speak Spanish. Every time I have visited this location there has been an issue with my prescription and the language barrier makes it extremely difficult to get sorted out.

I have been using this CVS for years I find it's the one with the most pleasant staff.the pharmacy isn't only the best but they are also very fast at fulminf prescriptions . The most I have waited for scripts was a total of 20 minutes to fill all 6 not bad...Thanks To The Pharmacist There..They Do Far More To Make Sure Your Getting The Best Price For Your Prescriptions . even though its rare sometimes don't have certain scripts in stock no need to worry they will do what ever it takes for you to have your medications ..... Thank You Landy .Your the Best

This Cvs is trashy. It's dim, trash out and inside facility, has an odor. CVS is the store I choose over all others. Luckily, the locations I regularly shop at: Hope street, Atwood ave, Reservoir, are deserving of my business. This store is a bad rep. Gross!
