Run as far as you can from this Walgreens. Very rude, unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. They gave us appointment for updated Booster knowing that they don't have it available.

Price gouging, understocked store. Enjoy seeing prices online that are at least 1/2 the price on their own website. Pretty absurd.

Worst Pharmacy. Mistake, after mistake. Do not verify date if birth. Do not verify correct amount of active RX in their systems. Refill multiple SAME RX. Incompetent under trained pharmacy staff. Just double check you walk out the correct RX, correct amounts and correct dosages.

Your pharmacy staff needs to be retrained. Unprofessional liars. I was told over the phone by the pharmacy tech that I would be able to get a vaccine as a walk in, however when I got there I found out that was not the case, and he was rude as hell about it too. Thanks a lot for wasting my time coming all the way across town for nothing.

I would not use this pharmacy. I went in yesterday 11/3/20 to ask where I could locate something. They were busy and while I was waiting I saw this guy working in close quarters with the other people in the pharmacy, gabbing away with his mask down over his nose and mouth and flagrantly disregarding this requirement for the customers and staff. This went on for an extended time while I waited. I told the store manager who is great. She told me that was not OK and headed right for the pharmacy to talk to them as I was leaving. I don't know why the pharmacy supervisor didn't tell the person to put their mask on like everyone else working there.

They have everything plus you get rewards. It's nice to get 2 5 or 10 off your order at register! Very helpful people working there.Great store....would like to see a nice upgrade. Our neighborhood deserves it.

Went to Miriam hospital ER. When leaving the ER doctor said she had sent the prescription to Walgreens. When I went to pick up the prescription and was told by Junior that they couldn’t fill the prescription until they heard from the doctor. Called the pharmacy around 7:10 and was told by the lady on the phone that the reason they didn’t fill the order was because the insurance company didn’t cover it, and I asked why didn’t Junior tell me that and if I wanted I could pay for it myself. No response. When I went back to get the prescription and asked Junior why I need the doctor to call back when I really didn’t need the doctor to call back. When I asked why he didn’t tell me that I could pay for the prescription he said most people don’t want to. All I wanted was an apology from Junior and I would have been fine, instead I got a little attitude from him. Made a complaint with the manager on duty and she was great and apologized. I’m also gonna call corporate office and get a hold of the store manager. Thanks Junior for wasting my time.

About 50% of the time, they are out of the medication I send every 30 days, as if it's impossible to plan for this entirely predictable event. Maybe it's me asking for too much, but after 5 or 6 complaints I would have expected a change

I go to Walgreens to shop and I pick up my prescription at the Pharmacy there this is it was from the other Walgreens on Prairie Ave. at the Pharmacy Ave here in Providence. I said to him that I want them to transfer the prescription to Walgreen on the corner of Chalkstone Ave. and Academy Ave. so they did. You know I was really proud of the doing that for me they are so friendly and kind hearted that how I Love about them.
