I see why there’s a 3.8. I asked for original and got crispy. Something that simple and still didn’t get it right. The attendant at the drive thru didn’t even bother to speak when spoken to and just stared at me when I spoke.

Places pick up order when I arrived was told order not ready right at hour later got my pot pie, 2pc chicken box, and side mash potatoes forgot my drink. I know most or short handed but hour long time on a online pick up order.

I went there around 7:30 p.m. The customer service was terrible. I asked for popcorn chicken and they said it would have to be cooked. Well I figured it would have to be cooked but she didn't have to say it so rude. Then I get to the window, no cars behind me and they make me pull up for 15 minutes. I finally back up to the window and the food was just sitting there like they forgot. I looked through the bag and the lady got really mad that I was checking my order and said hurry up. I will never go back there and shouldn't have in the beginning, you can tell its run down in the ghetto.

5 stars well deserved. Staff was very nice. Place is well lit and clean. They apologized for the "inconvenience" we incurred, while waiting on fresh chicken tenders to finish cooking. Do other people actually COMPLAIN about waiting a few minutes for freshly made food? If waiting 3 or 4 minutes for correctly cooked, delicious food, that someone else cooks for you, sends people over the edge then they have no business leaving their house.
