Worst family dollar ever! It’s 7:44 the sign says they close at ten. There was no sign on the door that said closed. Lady in the black shirt was absolutely rude! She was a worker outside who just pulled up. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT! ASAP! It’s always something with this family dollar! I am emailing corporate to complain.

Customer service is beyond great ! The new manager they have in there is wonderful very down to earth . She has Staffa help you immediately all while moving a long line all by herself! She does need more help so I went and passed the word around instead of complaining like you some of you coloreds . The store could use a little cleaning but overall you can tell they are trying and with her there you are in and out within minutes .

Today when me and my son were at the Family Dollar Store on Monticello Road shopping two of the workers were following me and my son around the store and they had no reason to do so and I see if you put a negative review it won't post unless you put a star so I am going to put one star to post 👎

The reason i give them this rating because as loas i have been coming here tbey never have carts and also they have poor customer service if someone telks you this there pocket buck so i should have to choose what type pocket buck i buy no then you want to follow me around the store talk mean to me t have my kids with that is not right i will no longer shopping at this store no longer

If I could give it negative stars I would I brought toilet paper and he didn’t put it with the rest of my bags so I didn’t realize it until I got home I called nobody answered call 3 more time they answered and hung up obviously they needed the tissue more then me I will not go back at all

Very poor customer service! Long lines with only one cashier available. No Manager on duty when asked to speak with one. Poor decision making by young lady who said she wad in charge. Lack of staffing created a long waiting time to be served while change of shift/ counting register. Rude and argumentative staff/ cashier was very Unprofessional! Needs training in how to communicated with guest who have complaints. Overt all experience, POOR! Also, the store was very unshelved, lack of supplies, blocked/crowded aisles. Will not return.

Not to good they had a sale buy one get 50% off the 2nd item. I brought 2 packs of the same socks at 7.50 each. They system took 1.70 from each pair but if my math is correct half of 7.50 is 3.75 🤔🤔. Instead of giving me the difference they offer to refund my money. No I wanted the socks bit at the correct math not system generated system error don't make no sense need to take the signs down!!!!!!!!
