I came in here to get materials to rebuild the seats on my golf cart. They had what I needed as far as basic materials. The young lady at the cutting station was very helpful with answering my questions. The cashier was also very pleasant. My only complaint ,it was hard to figure out the pricing in the foam section and the price checker scanners were out of order.

Ever wonder what purgatory is like? Come to this Joeann fabrics with your wife and spend the next hour in line waiting for fabric to be cut. Hire more staff or develop a better system to purchase fabric.

They have a lot of "I want to buy items" as you wait in line to check out. This is one of the few items that I have bought anytime while waiting in line. It was a make it yourself paper kite kit. My husband used to make paper kites. He loved making and flying them!!. I bought it for a great nephew. I hope that he loves doing it the same as my husband!!!

First time visiting this place. Checked them out on there app before going into the store and found what I needed. Item on the app was $2.99 a yard, in store item was $4.99 a yard. Had to find someone to cut my item. Associate didn't listen to what I needed she cut to much. She was not friendly, she acted like she was mad because I stopped her from doing something else. Checkout clerk was friendly n asked did I have any coupons to be applied before checking me out. Next time I'll order my item thru the app.

Nice clean store, you can always find coupon's for heavy discounts on-line. My wife is aways finding some deals here. The staff is top notch, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help you find what your looking for. The store is kept clean and we'll organized. I wish more stores were this friendly. Highly Recommended!
