I’m here on vacation and my store visit wasn’t really pleasant because of my cashier STEPHANIE she was really rude and dry . I asked her a question about if the Conveyor belt is working so I’d know whether to move the items up for her or just leave them sitting. Most Dollar tree locations Conveyor belt don’t work . Instead of her answering my question she looks at me with a blank stare and rolls her eyes . I asked again “DO U KNOW IF THIS IS WORKING PROPERLY” she looked at me and ignored my question again and turned up on the Conveyor belt. Bottom line is if a customer is asking you a question don’t get cute just simply smile and answer the question .

I pulled into the parking lot at 8pm and sat until 8:11pm without being allowed in the store. As the parking lot filled and customers came and went no one was allowed in. Apparently the manager on duty decided she wasn't opening the doors or admitting customers until she had her lunch break and until it ended. 😳 what!?!?? Soooooo ma'am, what does that have to do with the company losing money? I could see if it was an emergency, however another employee was definitely inside as well....come on, make it make sense please.

I don't like because one employees never have on mask and she's alway coughing putting her hand all over your purchase. They have clean up the store. The floors look great

Sells bad items, at 8:00 pm they had outside lights out as if closed badly run rude cashiers. If you do not to go ..... DON'T! I bought mozzarella sticks moldy! And sherbet you let it melt and turned it upside down and refroze it to make it look full. They will rip you off man!

This store is so close to my house and it has everything I need, but this manager is terrible, it really makes me want to turn around and go to Roses, and pay more money. This manager has no customer service skills, and she is very rude to customers. Her own employees are talking about her. You know it's bad when people are talking about her outside the store... When I hear others say " that lady at the Dollar tree broad river store has a bad attitude" I always know exactly who they are talking about. I'm surprised she is still employed there. I go there a lot and her attitude is always the same.... Just nasty. They really need to do something about her.

My kitchen is being renovated so fast food and frozen food is all my family knows these days. Dollar Tree has been one of my go-to places. The service could definitely be friendlier.
