Anne Robin Lindsey LPN. I took my elderly patient into Progress Pharmacy to finish her Shingles schedule injection. After waiting and not being waited on when the store was practically empty my patient recieved her injection. As I was trying to help her get out of the chair with wheels, dangerous, the Unprofessional pharmacist with no lab coat no uniform no i.d. identifying herself she got behind me and tried to squeeze through a narrow place telling me "excuse me" for me to move while my patient was mid rising from a chair 2.5 weeks post-op knee replacement. When I got my patient in the car I took this woman aside and told her " don't ask a nurse to abandon her patient that is unsteady so you can pass by. something like that. She said oh no I didn't do anything. We will not use that pharmacy again. It is not patient oriented and they don't care about the patients safety.

Not only are they a compounding pharmacy able to create specialized medications they are also a full service neighborhood pharmacy willing and able to take my insurance. I utilize many Natural Supplements which also happens to be a specialty of Frank and the Progress staff. They are well informed on alternative therapies as well as traditional medications. Living in this new reality brings many challenges and I cannot thank Frank and Progress Pharmacy for their excellent service and care.

Had to ask the mid-30s cashier today to put on her mask before she helped me. Every other employee was wearing one and so were all the customers except an older couple. I don't understand why this isn't obvious especially to someone who works in that capacity at a pharmacy... it was really surprising and disappointing as my first visit there.

The attention to detail was phenomenal. I was passing through from out of town and needed to stock my traveling Pharmacy. My kids always seem to get sick when I travel. I was also able to pick up a few gifts because I was visiting some family. I wish I had a place like this in my town.
