I only ever buy hair accessories, socks, or jewelry here. Clothes tend to be too small and the pants wear out quickly. The clientele is often unfriendly and unprofessional. I don’t buy more than I have to or trust to not degrade quickly over time.

I went in there once before and loved the selection of clothing but now it seems they have fell off. There selection is dull. But the cashier was very nice.

I went with my wife here because she spotted some deals online but was unsure of the fit. After trying the items she could find in the highly disorganized plus size section, she had winnowed the selection to the best pieces. The woman handling the fitting rooms was disrespectful and rude. My wife made an inquiry to the availability of the online promotion on items bought in-store. Had the store associate been a bit more polite and not dismissive and acting disgusted with a potential customer, we may have made the purchases, even without the online promotions. Having convinced ourselves that the problem was with this particular store, we opted to purchase over $300 worth of clothing online. Some items were not as expected and we wanted to return them. I went back to the store with order number and detailed list of items to be returned. Unfortunately, the order fulfillment did not include an invoice in the shipment, so they couldn't immediately process my returns. I cut the physical store's staff a break on this. It led to a 20 minute phone call that resulted in only allowing 3 pieces to be returned in-store. The rest need to be done through their customer service department. I dread having to make this call as instructed. Yet I plan to do so soon, since there was nothing informing us as customers, that the returns process is littered with caveats and conditions. I expect to return the remaining unwanted items and receive a full refund. I will not give up until they fulfill this expectation. Part of what made purchasing online attractive was the ability to return unwanted items to a physical store, not having to endure an exhausting phone call and rude staff. Neither their order fulfillment nor their staff seem to care about customer experience. My wife is battling several chronic illnesses and needed to build an acceptable wardrobe. However tempting as the prices were, their complete lack of customer service has forced us to look elsewhere. I suggest you look elsewhere, too.

Worst experience in a store I’ve ever had. Spent hours in the store shopping, waited in line in the dressing room and at the front desk to checkout. Literally had 300 dollars worth of clothes excited to use my new Forever 21 credit card. I was denied their promotional offer for the credit card even though I activated it in the store and it was my first time using it. The manager was rude and did not care that I was not buying all the clothes I had purchased at the counter bc she denied me of their promotional discount of 15% off with first time use on the credit card. Not about the customers at all. I will not be shopping here ever again, not online, not in the store. I will stick to rue 21 that has same quality of clothes, great discounts, and customer service. I recommend everyone do the same.

oh i love this store. the employees was very helpful. and the prices of clothes is very reasonable. they also have a clearance rack for fifty percent off. are sometimes buy one get one fifty percent off!!.

(Located on the Macy's side of Haywood mall) It has a lit of options for women, men and children even. The prices are relatively low, and while some items may be of lower quality most of it is good. The store was clean, organized and most of the staff were friendly & helpful.

This store is DIRTY AND UNORGANIZED They are always out of sizes they will have 2 extra small shirts or a different shirt will have only 2 larges... always out of stock .. AN ENTIRE section of the store had makeup on the clothes and or women’s Deodorant, which means the employees put all the dirty stained clothes that have been tried on or returned back on the shelf The clothes on the racks are always thrown all over the place ! This place is disgusting

Yes, they may have beaucoups of trendy clothes but this store is always a hot mess. They carry TOO many styles/clothes and it's hard to find something you like because each rack has 35 different items on it. I like to use their website instead.
