My husband purchased me a pair of glasses for Christmas. I liked them but it wasn’t my style. So I decided to go to Fowlers to see if I could exchange them for another pair. They had told me that they didn’t do refunds or exchanges but would make an exception and order me the pair I wanted and when they came in I could exchange the glasses I got for Christmas and just pay the difference for the new pair. This was the end of January that I placed the order for my new glasses. I gave them a week to come in and once they didn’t I have called once a week to see if they have came in. Every time I have called they say no they are not here. The last time I called to see if the glasses were in yet the guy that answered was fairly rude and told me no they had not came in yet and that they must be on back order. If you are looking for a pair of glasses I definitely don’t recommend going here. Staff is rude & I’m pretty sure I got lied to about a new pair of glasses being ordered.

I went in to get the J&J COVID shot a week ago and everyone was very nice. My wife went in today with me and got her shot. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. We’ll be back.

I’m baffled by the bad reviews. I wasn’t asked to put a mask on. I was also allowed to try on sunglasses. They had great deals on Ray-Bans and Costas. We spent twenty minutes or more in there just talking with the staff. They really do treat you like family, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Who would buy 200+ dollar ray bans, costas, or any other top brand without trying them on if they wanted to. So I went else where, tried on some sunglasses and happily gave someone else money. Even with the receipt, they would not refund the money as the gift card it was puchased on was thrown away. One look at my face could tell them I was heart broken, they had a chance to be decent humans and they choose not to. I really don't care about their refund policy, as they wouldn't even return it to a debit card or in any way. They got their money instantly and now I'm stuck with these wretched glasses. I will never do business with Fowlers Pharmacy and I will tell others of their shortcomings.

Fowler's called and tried to get my lens replaced by the Ray-ban rep, but the same lenses were no longer being made. There was a little confusion and awkwardness at first, but Fowler's offered to replace my glasses with a similar pair free of charge. I really appreciate this level of customer service.I hate what happened, but value how they stepped up to make it right. I have been using Fowler's for my sunglass needs for the past 12 years and will continue to do so.
