I wasn't expecting much meat in my sandwich, and I was still let down.

I ordered a wrap with salt and pepper and they poured half a cup of each on it. I can't even eat it. It's caked on the veggies. Terrible. Also, every time I order from the kitchen or check out, they have some rude teen making my order that basically shoves the bag into my chest and doesn't even make eye contact while halfheartedly and robotically repeating their "see you next time" slogan.

Rejects my mc and my visa debit card every time I use it for gas so I have to go inside and prepay. This is extremely inconvenient and I prefer not using them for gas or any other items. Fix the pumps

Update: they finished remodeling and everything flows smoothly again. Great staff. This used to be the best gas station around and still would be if not for the redesign of the interior. The way that rearranged the aisles you can verily get through there without running into everybody. Kiss any kind of personal space or social distancing goodbye. I always admired how quickly QT could move a checkout line but now it's hard to even tell where to stand in line due to the lack of room and mobility. They should seriously consider altering the floor plan back to the way it was.

I'm homeless. I live in my car. They have informed me that my handicapped wife and I are not welcome to rest in the parking lot of QT in our car if we are sleepy. But we are still Welcome to spend some money on gas, food, etc. And use the restroom 🚺 If we ask for permission So they can rope off the restroom to all other women until we get out of it.

QuikTrip has changed my expectations of other stores, restaurants, places of business. I now absolutely cannot stand waiting in line at other places that do not have their registers setup like QT does. Spinx is an absolute joke compared to QT.

I can't fathom that a store, because they are short of pennies, is asking customers to round up and are not willing to round down. My solution, since the clerk or manager weren't offering a compromise solution, was to dump out 40 ounces of soft drink and walk out. Principal. I've donated hundreds of pennies to QT but I've never been told to just take less change. And at the end, the store didn't make a sale and lost 40 oz. of product.

While everything else is just fine. The breakfast burritos here are made half the size as any other QT. Normally not a bad thing unless you enjoy consistency as I do.

Work right across the street and I always love dropping over for a quick bite or fueling up. The service is impeccable and no matter how busy they are, I know I'm going to get excellent service. When I had to wait a few minutes for a kitchen product, they apologized and gave me a drink voucher. Yesterday, I grabbed lunch from the kitchen and Yeri was friendly, polite, and timely in her service. I've described QT as the Chik Fil A of the convenience store/fuel industry. Keep up the fantastic service!

I do not like being lied to. Got a Butterfinger twist extra candy. Ask them extra candy he said yes. I saw the whole time while you're making it. No extra candy very little candy. Basically eating ice cream with a little bit of candy. I'll take my business elsewhere and pay Sonic more money. This is why you do not hire kids. All they care about getting off.
