Amazing Experience! Adam with the service department really goes above and beyond to help you be happy! You can tell he enjoys his job and really treats the customers the way they would like to be treated. He makes you feel comfortable talking to him and he explains things to you! Will definitely keep taking my car there to be Serviced! Adam was honest and very Accommodating! I give him a 5 star for sure and highly recommend ! I have been to a lot of dealerships. Like Lincoln of Charleston which never hold to there agreement. Like Rick Hendrick Dodge that says they take care of customers needs and get parts of your problems solved or forget. The mangers at Voltswagon of Mt Pleasant met me with open arms without an appoint. They fit me in at a reasonable time for the repair. The lounge area was clean,nice and comfortable. I went up to the service desk to thank them and to let them know how fortunate I was for the help and let them know how great my experience at this location. All the staff from sales to service I will give thumbs up. Thank you again.

Easiest car buying experience I had. They were all super friendly, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, and didn’t charge me a “market adjusted” price. Made it super easy to reserve over the phone and easy pick up. Would recommend!

Leif was great! That’s my car salesman for life :) The whole Volkswagen team were incredibly nice and helpful. They made the process of buying a new car easy. All I really had to do on my end was show up, they did the rest. Oh, Leif did make me drive the car around the lot. (It’s a requirement 😉) I would definitely recommend this crew to assist you if you plan on purchasing a new ride.

Service center is AMAZING! They take great care of their clients. I drop my car off and they have a driver to take me to work and bring me back. Everyone in the service center is so friendly and helpful. I can’t say the same about their sales side. Not impressed at all. To pushy and arrogant. Had a few bad experiences on the sale side. I keep coming back to the service center because they are amazing and I want to do a huge shout out to all of them!! The 5 stars go to them. Thank you.

I was to Volkswagen Mt Pleasant Tuesday to get a service check. Which I do every so thousand miles. What can I say they have an awesome and amazing team in their service and sales department. Doug, Brandon, and Melissa. I give you guys 5 thumbs up but you have to settle for 2. The integrity and character of these guys are great! What I like about them if they DO NOT KNOW they will find out and get back with you and they ALWAYS DO. I was going their ever since I brought my car in 2019. I am yet to be disappointed. Bit of a mixed bag with this place. The sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I’ve never had a problem with routine maintenance. However, if you buy a used car here, expect everything to take far longer than it should. I bought a used car on a Saturday and had to take it back in on Monday for detailing. During the weekend I realized the radio wasn’t working properly and informed them of this on Monday. They told me they’d take care of it and the detailing should only take a couple of days. Monday turns into Friday before I get the car back, and I ask about the radio again and am assured it’s fine. I get into the car, and to my dismay, it’s still broken. Takes another two days to fix properly. I certainly don’t begrudge them the time it takes to order new parts and such, but if you’re going to tell a customer that their new car is fixed, perhaps make sure it’s actually fixed before they drive all the way up there for nothing. Shoutout to Justin in sales, he’s a great guy and kept me updated throughout.

Everyone always has fears when buying a car! Am I getting a good deal, what kind of problems am I gonna have with the car after I purchase it, should I look elsewhere! After dealing with many problems when buying a car from a Volkswagen dealership in North Charleston I was very hesitant with buying a Volkswagen again! I decided to pull into low country Volkswagen and get the same run around like before! This establishment was way different than I expected! These people are very honest and will get you into a car that fits your needs! They are easy to work with and very professional! They really go that extra mile for there customers and I am very happy with my purchase! I’ve had my Volkswagen for almost a year now and I am very please in my decision! I will definitely be back to buy my next car here in the future! Save yourself the headache of car purchasing and let low country take care of you!
