Let me just say the staff at this store literally goes above and beyond to help people!! We visited the store in myrtle beach twice with different people working, and were treated exceptionally well by all of them. My 12 year old was helped so much by them. It is hard to find a friendly environment of people willing to help you these days, but these folks are simply the best, because of this expierence we will be lifetime customers!!

I always shop here for my jeans because they are my favorite and most comfortable jeans. We came in tonight to buy some for our uncle. Daniel helped us out and was very helpful in finding the jeans we needed.

Very helpful staff! its like buying a car for my wife to get new jeans and the staff brought her 57 pairs to finally get what some she liked. Prices are more reasonable than they used to be as well!

Love this store and their customer service is hands down the best!!! I don't mind spending my hard earned money in a place that actually makes me feel welcome and appreciated for shopping with them! Not to mention the clothes are super cute and good quality! I didnt realize I could schedule a one on one fitting session but Im SO glad this offer was extended to me by the BEST Buckle employee, named Mimi!!!🖤 She has gone above and beyond to help me with my new Fall/Winter wardrobe & she is very knowledge-based when it comes to Buckle fashion! I am usually an online shopper due to getting overwhelmed and frustrated with the whole process of in-store shopping! Last week i went to buckle, after having my son i haven’t bought myself an outfit in a year... i walked in after going to two different stores with no help or been asked if i needed anything... i walk in the door, and the manager i forget her name or it would definitely be on this review was super sweet! Started to help me then she recruited Colten to help me as well. And boy he was on a mission to make sure i was a happy customer! I was going out and had nothing to wear he picked out every outfit for me to try on and even gave me a certain size pants (i told him to guess because i didn’t know) the last time i tried on a pair of jeans i wasn’t happy but he grabbed a pair and it looked amazing felt amazing and they were a small size then when I’ve tried on before! And they both helped me out to tell me what looked good after trying to on in the dressing room. I felt spoiled a bit haha! It was an awesome experience and i will definitely be back there every time! Plus everyone complimented me on my shirt and my cute bralette!

My favorite place to buy clothes. Clothes are very nice and high quality. They offer free hemming on any of their jeans and free repairs for life. Price is high but you get what you pay for. Some salespeople are pushy.
