Great service. Very friendly staff. I have taken my bikes here for service many times. Went looking for a new bike recently. Was interested in a MT-07, but their out the door price on a MT-09 was better than everyone else's price for the 07. Ashley made the purchase process extremely easy. Not pushy at all even though I came in 3 different times before actually purchasing.

I thought there was no more honest ppl out there till I got there. Prolly the most friendly of them all was Ashley! This place is absolutely ridiculous words can not explain how disappointed I am. My boyfriend went to get one thing in his four wheeler fixed and specifically asked not to fix anything else. And they fixed other things and made him pay for it anyway. Things that didn’t even need to be fixed. When he finally got his four wheeler back his transfer box had been messed up by them. The owner won’t return calls and is practically ignoring him. I’d NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed and i was never updated on the progress. I called 3 or 4 times to ask what the status was through out the process and the answer was always, "he is finishing some things up, should be ready tomorrow." When the repair was finally completed, i was never told. I found out by going by and asking. Then at check out i was told my bill was $1,040.00! That was double what i was told having never been told of a price increase or extra issues! The service writer could only get the price down after i confronted him about it to $740.00. SMH....
