Buyer beware! Don’t ever purchase the hybrid mattress that is on display at the front of the store. It is not a replica of the one you will receive. The one in the store feels amazing however the one I received is as hard as concrete! Talked to the owners and they said I had to give it time to soften up and everything to release. It has been months now and there is no change. I am very disappointed and I cannot remember the last time I had a good nights sleep. The hybrid mattress at the front of the store should NOT be on display.

America's Mattress at Azalea Square in Summerville is a great place to go for quality mattresses and much more at a good value. I really like their selection and everything that they have available here. I like being able to try out all of the different mattresses to find the right one.

Me and my wife was very pleased with the professionalism and friendly service we received from our salesman Bob Wingert he was very helpful listening to all our requests never once tried to pressure us into anything we weren’t comfortable with.

I don’t know why my review was removed, so I’ll post it now. I purchased a $1000 very soft plush mattress from this store and when it was delivered it was NOT the same as what was in the store. The mattress delivered was very hard. Hard like a rock. The bed very uncomfortable. I called the store and they basically said they wouldn’t do anything about it. They told me to just go buy a foam topper. Which we had to do now that we were stuck with this uncomfortable mattress and put it in our sons room. It didn’t help. It seems they don’t stand behind what they sell.

First of all this is not your every day mattress store. Tiffany will find you the perfect mattress with what I would call her scientific method. She takes so many variables into consideration to find you your perfect fit. She is so awesome and really cares about the customer. I highly recommend you go here for

Went in today to buy my sons new mattresses. The lady that works here is VERY knowledgeable and not pushy. I'm definitely going back soon to get me a new bed as well.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Take your business elsewhere!! My husband and I have had 2 horrible experiences here. The manager/owner/regional manager “Bob” is a complete jerk and lacking all customer service skills needed to be working in customer service. I left in tears I was so upset. There are much better companies around, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. UPDATE 01/23/19: from 1 star to 4 stars. The owner, Dave, reached out to us and did make the situation right, which was very much appreciated. Bob is a part time employee only working Mondays and Tuesdays. Dave was wonderful.

America's Mattress was a great experience today. Been shopping for a new bed for over a week. Online the beds are expensive. Around town it's quality v/s price and wasn't happy with the selection. Then I happen to drive by America's Mattress glad I did. Got a new bed at a great value. I will never shop anywhere else for a bed. Looking for a new bed go to America's Mattress. The only negitive I know is they do not advertise enough. If I had known I would have went there first. Great products, great staff, great experience. Thank you Tiffany

Tiffany was great at working with us to identify a good mattress fit. She provided great information and took her time to explain things in detail. Pricing was better than other mattress stores in the area. She also arranged next day delivery. Highly recommended this be one of your first stops when mattress shopping.

Took two weeks to get pillows in stock that we were promised in 3 days. Promised 20% off and only honored retail price after marking the pillows above retail, which still did not equal a 20% discount. When confronted, they attempted to resolve the problem (hence the 2 stars) but further insulted us by only offering a store credit for the difference. Keep your store refund, I would not recommend any America's Mattress after seeing their business practices first hand. Could have bought the same product at Bed Bath and Beyond for cheaper and had it the next day...I can stomach a higher price to support 'local family owned businesses' but I can't support poor customer service.
