Bill came out & measured 3 "foggy" windows (marking each with an "X"). The 3rd also needed the ballisters replaced. He left & CALLED back later that day, gave me a price of $550.00 "for everything," & I agreed. He said, "Give me a few days" (to order). On 2/10, when his man came to make repairs, we learned 2 or the 3 windows would be replaced & ballisters only in the 3rd. Bill's guy did a great job! No problem with him! Phone call to Bill went nowhere. Now, he wants an additional $190.00, if I bring the foggy 3rd sash TO HIM to change out. Sick about the whole thing. Just saying, GET ESTIMATE IN WRITING IN ADVANCE! I would give less than one star if I could, I do not recommend this business at all. I had Bill come to my house to give me an estimate on some windows that appeared to have the gas seal broken. Bill gave me an estimate and I ordered the glass for the window repair. About a week later I learned my homeowners association was willing to have someone come assess the problem with the windows and that they may be covered under a law suite against the builder. I consulted with my homeowners in the past about my window problem before calling Bill and they originally would not cover repair. A contractor hired by HOA came to look at window problems and found big issues with builder installation so windows are being covered. I called Bill to ask him to cancel the order if he could and he immediately became agitated and refused. I felt an obligation to pay him something towards the window order but he would not work with me at all. I asked if he could at least allow me to pay him at his cost for the windows that I did not need and he said no this is a retail business and that I would have to pay retail prices. I never signed any agreement there was no contract between us just communication through texts. I tried to be a decent person by being willing to pay him but did not get the same consideration in return. I ended up paying full retail and walked away with nothing, I had no need for the glass when entire windows, including frames needed replaced. Bill showed no consideration for anyone other than himself!!!!!! He was very blunt, rude and obnoxious and showed no consideration in taking as much money as he could get from me and I walked away with nothing. This man has no conscience.

Wasted 2 weeks assuming material was ordered but found out today after I specifically asked him to choose the hardware that nothing was ordered . I have lost time on this project due to this delay, and has created an issue for guest arriving in a week. Also he has been rude a few times via text and phone conversation, maybe he's ready to retire? Service: Glass installation

Professional, easy. Called in the am and ordered a 20x30 mirror. It was ready in 30 min. They asked if I wanted it to be left outside, and I went to pick it up. Secured outside, and I left the check under the garage door. That makes it easy when you’re a busy mom and don’t have to get your kids out of the car! A+ thanks! Mirror looks great. Good price

Great local company! They do have untraditional hours in the shop so make sure to call first. Most of their business is out in the field. They do return phone calls rapidly and are on site for quotes in super reasonable timing. They are a professional and great local gem of a business for all your glass needs.

Ordered 3 very large glass mirrors from them about 7 months ago for a long wall. The install didn’t go that well for a few reasons. For example, they relied on me to build them a base of the bottom of the mirror to support the mirror. Seems like that is something they would do, but whatever, we got it up and it looked pretty good although they insisted on putting up mirrored cover strips to mask the seams. Doesn’t look that great and refracts light and makes the seams even more noticeable. Anyway, here we are 7 months later and I have been asking them to come back and look at some issues with the mirror for 2 months now. They have asked me to send them pictures, which I have done via text and email. I have called them about 6 times now. Still no response. The issue is that the mirror has completely hazed over and is dull now. We have not used any harsh chemicals on it, just ammonia free window cleaner. The haze is not from that. Not sure what it is. Also, there are spots showing through on the mirror that are apparently from the glue they used to mount the mirror on the wall - very unsightly. This seems like a very thin and cheap mirror evidently. I would not use these folks again. I will have to replace these expensive mirrors soon and all that money will be gone down the drain.

I work at an apartment community and we needed Bill's Glass for a last minute full mirror replacement... and I mean, FULL mirror. It took a couples guys just to carry it. Bill's Glass arrived as scheduled and did an AMAZING job. We will be using Bill's Glass a lot in the future. Thanks again!
