Linnette was a great help! I moved to Spartanburg but still travel to woodruff to have her complete my taxes. She is always so sweet and has such great stories about her family. Would recommend going to see her

Terrible. Still have not received our refund, it was supposed to deposit to my account February 26th. Reached out to the franchise and to corporate, they said it could be 8 to 12 weeks. Do not go here. They will blame you for their carelessnes, so much for triple checked returns.

Horrible experience here for the second time. So focused on dependents each time. They missed insurance but refuse to help in any manner other than "were sorry we fixed it, you should see your refund in 8 to 12 weeks. Wth.??!!
