Some (as in maybe one) try but overall the WORST waiting time and prices ever !! CVS is even more pathetic. I wish the people of Woodruff had their Bilo back.

I've been waiting for a representative in the pharmacy since 9 am since on your window it says open at 9 am. It is now 9:15 and still no one. You need to change your time on the window if the pharmacy doesn't open till 9:15. Poor customer service!!

No longer has 8:00am pharmacy pick up which is the main reason I used them to begin with so that I could pick up prescriptions after dropping kids off at school. now their drive-thru intercom doesn't work so they have a phone for everyone to use which unsanitary especially with covid! Staff is friendly but ridiculously slow also nobody will call and tell you if a medication a doctor has prescribed needs ordered until several hours later or when you arrive to pick it up. Definitely thinking of changing pharmacies again since between my children and husband we have several medications needing filled monthly or more often. get your intercom and speaker fixed Walgreens!

This place is a joke. Not only will they not refill a 30 day supply of a medication until 33 days has passed, but they also won't tell you that they are out of your medication until you show up to get it. I will never use this pharmacy again!!

I use to be a pharmacy tech and I have never given this poor of service or seen it given. I have never experienced a pharmacy that can't get one prescription right! It baffles me. I have a monthly reoccurring prescription that I have to have the correct one or I have terrible side effects. They even have a note in my file that says the name of that prescription ONLY next to my name. Yet they still change out my prescription and delay me taking it up to a week at times. I don't understand how you can screw up 10-12 times in a row. I have to keep calling and asking them to change it back to my prescription, and they have the nerve to be irritated by me asking. They are negligent and a danger to my health. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the best pharmacy one could ever experience. The entire staff is so nice and helpful. The pharmacists are very competent and unlike some other's they can be very personal. Iam very thankful that they are here and wish all of them the very best.May GOD bless you all and thank you so much. You are greatly appreciated.

Pharmacy is not reliable my wife picked up our sons rx and they gave us someone else's. she had to come back. We called for a refill and the person that answered was rude and sounded like she was being bothered. I wish bilo' s pharmacy would still be open. All the walgreen pharmacies are like that. Customer service is really bad.

The store seems empty. A lot of the shelving has been taken out and it just seems so empty. Also they don’t have a photo center. Walgreens has the best photos centers and from what I’ve heard this one won’t be getting one. One positive thing is the people that work there are so nice and friendly!

Poor customer service by the cashier, old lady greeted the man before me said how you doing have a good day sur . Then it was my turn I felt disrespected I'm pretty sure race had to play a role in this i am a brown skinned guy . As I was walking out the store a white lady was stepping into the store she was greeted as well . I am never coming to this store again. I should've stuck with CVS they are friendly and kind cashiers.
