Henry at the Herlong street location in Rock Hill was nothing short of AMAZING! He helped my wife and I have a wonderful experience. My tax preparer Kristine was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. She was the only one who came to work that day due to snow. But the weather did not sway her customer service one bit. She was very kind and wanted to make sure I understood everything step by step. I highly recommend getting your taxes done here. Had a set appointment, they called me to reschedule. I went at rescheduled time they provided which they reminded me of to still NOT see me. Very unprofessional and will not go back or refer anyone. I still haven't received my refund bc their employee didn't allow me to verify my routing # which she put in wrong.I've called, emailed the company,& also the corporate office. My problem still hasn't been resolved!! It's half a year later. I have talked to only one person after 100 times of me reaching out & was told I would be contacted back.. i haven't been contacted back yet!!! Months later!!! I will NEVER go here again.... worse service ever& they WILL play with your money. It's your money& you shouldn't have to chase them in order for them to correct their mistakes!!!!

Had my taxes done in March of this year. In August, when I called because I hadn't yet got my refund and was unable to track it, I called them. Eventually someone called me back saying my refund was rejected because they didn't have the correct routing number for my bank account. The lady said someone from the office should have called me in April. I never received a call at all. So even though I filed in March, I'm still waiting on my refund in late October. Poor customer service, no follow up, no offer to make things right even though it was there fault. I will never use them again and advise anyone like me that needs their refund back quickly, go somewhere else.
