My crispy honey chicken was soggy, but that's kinda to be expected at closing time. Other than that the rest was great! We will definitely order from here again!

This past Friday evening was my 2nd and last time ordering from here. I ask for MSG FREE - I am extremely sensitive to MSG and it makes me very sick. I don’t believe they know what not to use MSG means. It is now Sunday at 4:15pm and I am still dealing with the side effects. I’ve never had this issue anywhere except with this restaurant. There is nothing than having a horrible headache, nausea, dizziness, face tingling and more- all due to someone not adhering to a customers request of MSG FREE/NO MSG.

Beware: I chose to give this place a try and i will never order again. The food taste old and precooked ,The chicken was bits and scraps that were cooked hours before and saturated in sauce, the rice was dry and very under cooked, the egg roll was hard and I thought my wait was an indicator that it would be freshly prepared . Think again. A. $12.00 meal disaster. I tried to eat it , every bite was tough to accept. This is the kicker.... I returned there , complained and the incompetent BOY at the front.absolutely refused to do anything . Just said, "were not doing anything" . I ask for a manager, he refused and said, " I'm the manager". I asked to contact the owner, he refused. After debating with this Boy. I Asked for him to refund what I didn't eat. I then stated.. "All you had to do is offer to remake my food well , more than half the order"I didn't eat... .I also stated, "I drove back here so, do you think Im no longer hungry"? He never offered any resolution until 6 additional customers had come in and were listening. ...I was given $4..00 back to my card. (were all aware of the timeline on that refund). I'm glad that wasn't my last 4.00 , my dogs would have been put to bed hungry. .Apparently someone has left the fate of their business in the hands of an inexperienced Boy and the older people cooking didn't understand english.I left the food and drink...A complaint with the Better Business Bureau is warranted Saving america the disappointment..

I drive 15 minutes to pick up take out from here. Tonight I was not pleased with the presentation of my food and honestly the taste either. My rice was mixed in with the beef with broccoli and thr bag the chicken wings came in was ripped. New China owner you gotta do better, I saw the lady check my food and she was ok with it leaving as it did. It’ll be a while before I go back, food cost too much for it to look like it’s being served to an animal.

Roommate ordered everyone food from here as a treat, this was our first and last time getting food here to... we Basically tossed everything out it was that bad and made all of us sick, rice was so dry it made it so I couldn't breath, the noodles were bland and the shrimp had went bad yet the still used it... then the egg young...the gravy tasted like Turkey Gravy, eggs and NO flavor what so ever and sent the person who wanted it straight to the Bathroom after only two bites

We have ordered several times from New China and each time it seems to get worse. I understand business may be slow, but everything tasted stale and old. (except for the spring rolls). Very disappointed especially after a $74 order. We ordered: Shrimp fried rice, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of house special lo mein, Crispy Orange beef. White rice......UPDATE- my husband insisted we call to let them know, and not that I was asking for anything, but customers appreciate when you offer to replace your order, not just a “I’m sorry, I do not know why it was not good today, we cook it the same” smh. Customer lost.

Had to call twice to get someone to answer the phone, it was 10:35am so maybe they weren't all the way open and ready for orders. Ordered lo mein lunch special and chicken wings and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. When I opened the plate after getting down the road I discovered there was no fork or napkins provided, not a huge deal I went and got some when I got to where I was going. The shrimp lo mein was great, the fried rice was very bland, the spring roll was chewy/awful, and the chicken wings were hard and didn't taste quite right. I am not impressed and won't be returning.
