I came in for the pain killers for my wife who recently delivered a baby. I provided the insurance information. It took them 1 hour just to tell me that they cannot pull up insurance info. Only when i called my insurance and gave them the phone they were able to learn how to use their system for billing. One word: INCOMPETENT. No compassion for others. Made me wait 2 hours. I will not come back. Stay away.

I thought this was the pharmacy, and most reviews seem to address the store, but I'll stick to the pharmacy. I really like the pharmacists themselves, and the prices of my prescriptions are probably fairly good, although comparison is difficult.

This is my local Ralph's supermarket and have no complaints. They remodeled in the past year and it looks great. Employees are nice and are always offering assistance. They also have a few self checkout kiosks for those quick purchases, which is nice.

This is my local Ralphs and I'm always very pleased with the wonderful customer service. Tonight I had a sandwich made in the deli, it is delicious! Daniel took such care in making it just right, he is an amazing sandwich maker!!!!

This store is always clean and restocked, Thomas & the Ralph's night shift always very helpful. Food always fresh and great prices. See for yourself . . . :)
