This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. One of the employees, Ashley spoke to me in a rude condescending tone after asking about produce dates when I had brought up to her that I saw some MOLD on the produce. I had asked nicely because I was genuinely concerned and she cut me off with the rudest tone. It was one of my first experiences at an Amazon fresh and just the impolite/disrespectful attitude in the employee’s customer service has encouraged me not to come back.

Ashley is probably the worst manager of all time at any place of business. I have never been so appalled at the conditions of a grocery store in my life. Inedible product is being covered up with newer product to eventually sell to consumers. This is absolutely unacceptable and from what I have heard directly from some employees there that the working conditions are deplorable. I would report this to Amazon directly but based on how they've handled other situations, it likely will not be handled. We as residents of Porter ranch should not be supporting this business.

First time at an Amazon Fresh. It was a good experience. Everything is well laid out and convenient, prices seem fair overall, sale items are good and not seemingly things they are just trying to get rid of. Checkout was easy using my phone. Wish I had some applicable coupons to use. Seems like they would want to encourage repeat business by offering something.

It is a really nice and clean small market which is very convenient to get the basic groceries. They have ready to eat foods that change every now and then. Almost all employees are nice and with great customer service skills, but with some exceptions. Today one of them was a little moody and gave me an attitude. I wish I had taken the clue; it was like the way of that employee to tell me not to buy the food I was placing in the container. When I got home and tasted it I wish I hadn't bought it.

Just had a very bad experience. I had come in to do some light shopping 15 minutes before the store had closed. Everything seemed fine until an associate shouted “HEY! THE REGISTERS ARE CLOSING DOWN!” in a very condescending tone like I was a dog. At first I did not think much of it until he shouted it a little louder towards me as I was trying to continue my shopping. Typically when supermarkets are closing up, they just give reminders over the intercom to remind customers to make their last minute selections. Never have I been told to just cease shopping and walk towards the checkout. On top of that, this same associate made his way towards the bagging area of the checkout being loud and having casual conversations with the other associates. I asked the cashier if they normally just kick people out right at closing and she just laughed. Never had a problem coming here until now and I do not think I’ll be coming back to this location even though it’s right by my house. By far, THIS IS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Great place to buy stuff, you can order online and buy your groceries without getting out of your place. Everything is it’s position. Everyone is very kindly with you. I like that there’s Spanish speakers as well not like whole foods which only hire white people that doesn’t speaks a word in Spanish.

I shop here the most lately due to the pandemic. The prices are a bit higher on some things but they do have great specials. 8/25/2022 Update: One thing I really wished they would do is pack and store orders as they come in and have proper inventory count so that if you are counting on something being delivered the next day you get what you are expecting. That is why I dropped the stars to 3 from 5.

Store is clean, organized, aisles are huge and signage easy to read. Greeted right away by associate who explained the Amazon cart system and scanning. Most items were available. The only down side was that the cart could be bigger. We wanted to grab 3 cases of water at the end but there was no where to add. Easy in and out overall.

A quick and easy process to come here and do your Amazon returns. I stopped by this Amazon Fresh store because it's on my way home from work and I wanted to return my Amazon order ASAP. Finding parking here is easy because it's in a big lot so you won't have any issues. This store has a destinated entrance and exit so pay attention to that. The Amazon return area is on the left side, it's easy to spot out. When I went, I was able to just walk to the front and let them start scanning the barcode. At this place, you don't get a receipt like you'll do if you go to Kohl's. I would come here again to return my Amazon orders since it was easiest process for me.

I ordered 3 pizzas around 3:45 PM on Nov 2, 2021 and I didn't get them until 4:15 PM. Amazon advertises 10-15 minutes of wait time and that is not true. Another customer was with me and was also disappointed knowing that her advanced order was not even in the oven when she arrived for pick-up. The worst part is that 2 out of my 3 pizzas were burnt. This is a horrible first impression for Amazon Fresh
