We love kroger, and usually love their cakes. And while I will note it tasted delicious. I was very disappointed when we picked up our sons birthday cake and could clearly see that they had messed up the black icing and tried to fix it and failed. Now had they called and asked how I would of liked it fixed I would have told them to just switch the icing (I had black around the bottom and yellow around the top, red cake for mickey mouse) but it just looked awful. Luckily I was able to fix it with sprinkles I pre bought off Amazon. But I am very very disappointed in the way this was handled!

If I could give it negative stars I would. Purchased hamburger 11/2, Had a sell by date of 11/4. Opened it up tonight and it's rotten. Returned it to the store and they did everything they could do to not exchange the meat. Also the store is trashed. It's clearly failing. Whoever runs this places needs fired. It's sad because when it was Scotts it was great. Now Kroger is running all of it stores into the ground. Will never shop at a Kroger ever again. Please let Publix come up here.

Whatever company Kroger uses to deliver its groceries is nothing short of woeful. Either a bag of groceries is missing, or you have a bag of someone else's, or half the order is unfulfilled (still full delivery price, though!), or they didn't respond to you when they alerted you that hotdogs were out of stock so now they brought buns with no hotdogs, or the shopper just couldn't be bothered. I had an orderd today with 7 unfulfilled items. I forgot to order cough medicine for my kid, so I ran up to the store myself 15 minutes later and found 5 of the items myself. Just incompetence, laziness, or indifference all around. Terrible service. Which is a real shame, because the pick-up service is terrific.

Kroger has poor customer service. After trying to purchase a Northside Legends breast cancer survivor shirt that was clearly marked down, I waited 20 minutes for the general manager just to come to tell me that they don't mark down items like that stating that another customer had to mark the item down because they don't do that, period. Me as a consumer do not understand why understand why I the experiane occur as it did implying that I marked the item down myself. It was the only item like it on the rack. Josh was unhelpful, insensitive, and condescending in his response Only come back to Kroger on Clinton and try to purchase clearance items if you want to be hassled.

This Kroger store was clean and well organized. They have a great produce section with a lot of variety. The store is easy to navigate and they have a lot of self check outs available along with regular lines. It was an easy visit to go in and find what I needed, check out, and leave. The parking lot has several entrances.
05.2022Freeze
This self checkout line, went from front of the store to middle of the store, took more than 15 min. Very common between 4-5pm. Never seen more than 2 cashiers and the self checkout. Lots of nice unoccupied people walking around to help you find something though.

There's an unnerving lack of management at this location. This woman was walking a pit bull in the store on an extremely long leash. Most items were either out of stock or down to the crushed discounted remnants. Checking out there were two open lanes, no baggers, so the cashier's had to either do both the scanning and bagging or have the customer bag for them. I was extremely disappointed in this trip.

Quite literally the worst Kroger's in fort Wayne!! Half of the self-checkout lines are closed and they only ever have 3 cashier's working. Lines are backed up through the isles into the freezer section! Most definitely in serious need of new or better management.

I must have been having a bad day. It's a very good kroger. The deli usually has chicken until a decent hour of the night. I appreciate that. Every Kroger is slightly different, and the selection here is pretty good. ..... Cashiers are usually pretty nice to me also. I should never have written that old bad review! Old review...I was very disappointed this week. Quite a few things were not in stock, including things in the ads. Usually it is a pretty good store.
