I was searching for a local place to print some of my training materials and came across Alpha Graphics. They were honestly so quick to get in touch with me and gave me a quote pretty quickly. My actual PDF file was too large, and would've been cut off at the seams, but Alpha Graphics gave their suggestions, and reduced my print so that none of the words would be cut off. You could not tell from final product, and it just was perfect. Great price, great quality, fast service, and definitely deserving of the time it took me to write this review.

I submitted files for a quote. the files were the same same format as several printers that I had used. They never called or emailed. Finally, when I called them, they said that they couldn't work with my files (although the next shop that I called could) and they continually explained concepts to me that I already know. In the end, they offered to send me "educational articles on printing" and told me that they can't work with my files. Would not call them again!
