Great Hours ! Always Clean! Great product selection! Just watch the lunch meats in he fridge doors, I find it is all expired or not so fresh orr packages bulging with air, great deli (fyi: boar"s head lovers), great new little fresh sushi bar, great produce area ,(I find that the pre-packaged salads lacking selection) Tons of regular registers and equally as many self-checkout lanes as well, in addition to now adding mega order self check out lanes with the longest grocery belt ever!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - they force you to self check out. Even with a cart full of groceries and a 100 dollar check. Trader Joe’s offers such a better experience. Place smells in the morning too like 630 am

Place is terrible and unorganized. The manager Lucy is a see you next Tuesday. I’ve seen her plenty of times talking down to employees and belittling them in front of customers. Do not work there and or shop here. Granada hills ralphs is way better.

I have always loved shopping at this Ralph’s location for years until recently. I have experienced multiple accounts of negative interaction from a higher up/ manager in the store Lucy. She has ALWAYS used a condescending and repulsive tone when speaking to me and her employees no matter the cause. I have never been treated this way EVER from an employee at this location. Ralph’s this is NOT who you want representing your company, someone that speaks to consumers and their employees in an ignominious manner!!

A great grocery store to shop at if you're in the area. Finding parking near the front can be difficult because it's surrounded by other stores and shop so it's a shared parking lot. I came to this Ralph location because I was already in the plaza and was looking for some red plums. I didn't find any probably because it's not in season but I also took the time to walk around the store to see if I needed anything. I saw that they have a nice kitchenware area that looks very different from other Ralph store I visited. The store is nicely organized and decorated for the Christmas season. I found everything easily since the aisle was nicely label.

This review is specifically for Jocelyn. She delivered our food to our car for pick up and she was great. She greeted my wife and I, asked us how we were doing, mentioned the item that had to be substituted which other staff never do on pick up. It’s the little things that make your experience better. Great job

The store's assistant Manager (Chris) has no experience in handling customer affair with his rude attitude. I shopped from this store for many years, but I am changing to another store that appreciate the good customers. Chris-get training before corporate realizes you are not qualified for the job.

I really like this rocks I like that they have a wide variety of organic options and they do have nice protein bars for those who want to Iai vegan style protein diet

Very nice store. Low on products but that is to be expected these days. Excellent selection of products in the Asian department. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. Nice variety of items in the meat department. Restrooms are very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Fast check out.

Best Ralph's ever. Huge selection, bright clean store and they have all the latest tech. They provide a scanner so you can scan your items as you shop, bag and go. Super hassle free. We don't have a Ralph's in my town, so this was a very pleasant shopping experience.
