Before I made the mistake of dealing with this bank my credit score was 822. Through no fault of my own, my credit score is now 720 as a direct result of giving them my business. Your mistake if you follow me into the hell that is being a Pinnacle customer.

Great bank that understands individual relationship value. Unlike most banks in Chattanooga that offer a bunch of free crap to lock you into accounts and encourage whiny entitled mentalities, these folks treat adults like adults and charge for things that they should. Because people are expected to pay for checks and may have a small monthly fee, the bank can offer actual services rather than hiding behind back end deals and other folks money. This is a bank for adults and business people that aren't looking for free stuff, but a bank and a banker that acts like a bank should.
