Excellent customer service. Every. Single. Time. Doesn't matter who is behind the counter, you might have to wait a minute if they're busy but not one of their employees at the Covington location has ever provided anything less than excellent customer service.

I will say the staff during my visit were very friendly and helpful. My issue is with items on sale I chose were original price at the register. The staff member did an override and I did purchase the item at the sale price. I found another similar item on sale and same thing happened. I did purchase this item at sale price but got the feeling that the staff felt the item or items were not on sale (although the product numbers matched the red tag on the shelf.) I also felt as the the staff regarded the overrides as doing me a favor. Something is not right when 2 sale items both initially "ring up" at original price. I would not have been comfortable purchasing another item "on sale". I wish this matter could be investigated an an explanation given.

Amending a previous review: The staff has changed since my last review. The guys and gals that are there now are much more knowledgeable and customer oriented. I'm impressed with the changes!

The employees here are very friendly and well educated in their field. I've never left here feeling like I didn't get the best deal they could give me, and I've never left without having all my questions answered. Definitely my preferred local parts store, even id they're sometimes on the more expensive side.
