Hey take your car,truck to kevin..they are very professional and always fair. Don't waist your time with the car dealer Kevin will have you on the road as soon as he finds the problem and you give him the ok to fix it. I will never take my truck anywhere else..

Then I took the car to carmax just to get rid of it and they gave me a print out of all that was wrong with the car and guess what was on there yes THE Transmission. The mechanic told me that Premium Auto Repair did an awful job of changing the starter. 1) the starter did not match my car model. 2) there were a couple of bolts missing. Mr. Kevin Furness did not even care to put all the bolts on. I started to use Premium Auto Repair as my mechanic a couple of years ago. He changed the engine oil for my car. I brought the filter and the synthetic oils to Premium Auto Repair and Mr. Kevin promised he only charged the labor fee. And he did. When it was time to change the engineer oil again, I decided to do myself. To my astonish, the filter was not the filter I gave him and the oil was not synthetic oil. (I still keep the filter with no label no name. The one I gave him was a Bosch filter) This is not an honest mechanic shop. Avoid it at all cost.

My sister-in-law and I were driving from Green Bay to Ft Myers, FL. We started having trouble starting the car the day before. Took it somewhere in Kentucky in the morning to have the battery tested. They said the battery and the starter were both fine, so off we went. Stopped for gas in Nashville and lo and behold, when we tried to start the car back up: nothing. Some very nice men at the gas station tried to jump us, but quickly realized the battery was not the problem. It was the starter. So we were forced to call around to see who could fix it. We called a few places. The gentleman at Premium Auto Repair said he could help us right after lunch but we'd have to get the vehicle towed over. We called 1-888-RESCUE911 and got it towed over there. Kevin greeted us. Said they would get to it as soon as they finished lunch. Gave us an exact price with tax. Said they would need to get the part and install it - it would take about an hour and a half. We told him to go ahead. He then asked if we would like a ride anywhere, maybe for lunch, while we waited. He recommended a few good restaurants close by. He took us to a good Mexican place and said to call him when we were done. He got done with the repair in an hour and 15 minutes and called us to say he'd come whenever we were ready. So he picked us up, we paid and off we were. The price was fair and he went out of his way to accommodate us. All in all, the place was not overly clean or organized, but Kevin and the others who worked there were very friendly and courteous. I recommend them for auto work. You just can't find places with that good of customer service anymore.

He is very polite, slight forward and informative. He filled out the maintenance book provided by the dealer and used the oil we purchased. He even provided us directions to the location due to his company's relocation to another address on Murfreesboro Pike. By initial review driving up to the repair shop, one may be swayed against using Kevin's (family owned) services, however do not be alarmed by appearance. Kevin's customer service is high & craftsmanship is wonderful. We will definitely be using his services for all of our automobile needs in the future. Thanks Kevin!
