I was interested in possibly upgrading my phone and after Victor helped this boomer out I pulled the trigger and bought a new one. Victor is very professional and very knowledgeable about the products T Mobile sells. He answered every question I had and assured me that he could transfer everything off of my old phone to my new one and he did just that fast and seamlessly. He also showed me a ton of patience considering my knowledge of the latest and greatest products is nearly zero and he never made me feel bad by asking him so many questions. He's a T Mobile ROCKSTAR in my opinion and lives up to all of the great reviews he has received on this site. T Mobile is lucky to have an employee of his caliber working for them.

We went to the Hermitage TN store two times to learn about cell plans. 1st time we were given a quote and directions on how to keep our cell numbers when we leave our carrier. 2nd time we made the move. We received one new phone, free Netflix, unlimited data and we will be paying 50$ less a month. Kaitlyn, the store manager, along with Michael and Vic were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

I started my service with sprint and when they moved over I had a few issues but service is always good. But Victor at this location is amazing, I had an issue with my texting and customer service failed 3 times and Victor fixed it in less than 15 minutes. I came several times before and the customer service with every employee at this location is amazing will be coming here everytime!!!!

I’ll be nice, so I will give them 2 ⭐️ . However my experience is always awful!!!!. 2 tears a go I went asking for help to get a new phone. They didn’t know how to access my information, to have an easy solution they just said I didn’t qualified for an upgrade when I knew i do. So I WENT TO T-mobile in Mt. Juliet. Great place, phenomenal service in 15 minutes I had a new cell phone. Once again my cellphone got broken last week SO I went to check for an upgrade or at least get another phone. Unsuccessfully no help or any good experience. So i have decided to switch companies cause I don’t feel like doing this anymore. Still Mt Juliet has a great and better customer service with wonderful and kind people! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Employees at the local store are outstanding in their knowledge and service. Working with T-Mobile is a little bit different than with my prior Carrier so having to get used to it. I had an issue getting my promised payoff cards from T-Mobile but we finally got a fixed thanks to the employees at the local store.

Brandon at this location was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. We went in to add my husband to my line and he worked with us to take advantage of multiple deals and savings packages to save us more money. He was also super helpful in finding the right phones for us and was incredibly accommodating to our needs. To top it off, he was just genuinely a nice, courteous guy that we would love to do business with again! Thank you Brandon!! :)
